Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

The Kenstar 100% cashback contest (“Contest”) and the benefits/ prizes hereunder are provided to you by Kenstar (India) Private Limited (“Kenstar”/ “Brand”) and is made available by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon” / “ASSPL”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Details of the Contest & How To Enter:
1. This Contest will commence from August 24th, 2016 at 00:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on August 25th, 2016 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).

2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must purchase a Kenstar Air Conditioner or Refrigerator (“Product”), listed by third party sellers on the mobile application of Amazon.in, provided that your order for such Product should not have been cancelled by either you or the seller or the purchased Product should not be returned or refunded by you. (IST)

3. At the end of the Contest Period, among all customers who purchase the Product in accordance with Section 2 above, 2 customers will be chosen by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which they will receive from Amazon through an email/phone call.

4. A total of two participants who fulfill the criteria under sections 1, 2 & 3 above will receive an e-mail from Amazon.in with a Contest question. If you answer correctly to the question and follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail you will be entitled to receive Amazon.in Gift Card (issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited) worth the price of the product purchased (“Prize”).

5. Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
** There are a total of 2 Prizes that will be under this Contest i.e. 1 Prize to each of the 2 participants who are declared winners at the end of the Contest Period.
** The Amazon.in Gift Cards/ Prizes are issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and can be redeemed on Amazon.in across all eligible products, subject to these terms and conditions .

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
