The Vodafone Pujo Spirit (hereinafter referred to as the “Offer”) is organized by Vodafone Mobile Services Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Vodafone”) for its valid, active and eligible prepaid and postpaid Subscribers of Kolkata circle (hereinafter referred to as the “Subscribers”) subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein

Eligibility Criteria :
To be eligible for participation in this Offer, the Subscriber has to upload their Durga Pujo celebration photograph on the URL www.facebook.com and tag it with the hashtag #SuperPujo along with the following conditions
i. Subscriber shall only capture the uploaded photograph
ii. The Subscriber shall not put him/herself at risk while taking photographs
iii. The Subscriber shall avoid vulgarity in the photographs.
iv. The Subscriber shall not use profanity in his/ her posts, comments, hashtags, etc.
v. The Subscriber shall not depict any illegal activity or violence in the photographs.
vi. The Subscriber shall not depict alcohol, smoking, drugs, or anything objectionable in his/her photographs.
vii. The Subscriber shall not post still photographs that violate any other person’s privacy.
viii. The Subscriber shall not modify his/her still photographs using Photoshop.
ix. The Subscriber shall not modify his/her still photographs once uploaded on the URL.
x. The Subscriber shall avoid posting offensive comments about other participants.
xi. The image uploaded by the Subscriber has to be public and the hashtag #SuperPujo has to be used.

Winners:
** Winners shall be selected basis the maximum number of ‘likes’ on the photograph uploaded on the URL www.facebook.com. during the Offer Period. 5. Basis the maximum number of likes the winners will be gratified with following
** The winning photographs will be displayed in big screen LED in multiple locations of the city during the puja period.

General Terms & Conditions:

** Vodafone reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, postpone, change, alter or modify the terms and conditions of this Offer or any part thereof at its sole discretion at any time as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by / directions issued by any authority including by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or in view of any statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Subscribers.

** Vodafone reserves the right, at any time, to unconditionally disqualify a Subscriber who tampers with or who in any way abuses the process or terms and conditions of the Offer. Failure by Vodafone to enforce any of the terms and conditions in any instance shall not be deemed to be a waiver of those terms and conditions and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

** By participating in the Offer, the Subscriber confirms and waves the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call registry and agrees to receive promotional messages and alerts under the current Offer and upcoming offers from Vodafone, as it may in its sole and absolute discretion decide.

** This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any alternative offer or promotion of a similar nature.  In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Offer, the decision of Vodafone shall be final and binding on all concerned.

** Under no circumstance shall Vodafone, or its affiliates, or their directors, employees, officers, agents or representatives, be liable to the participant and/or any third party for any loss of profits or loss of opportunity, incidental, indirect, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages whatsoever, even if they have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

** Vodafone reserves its absolute right to cancel, change or modify or alter any of terms and conditions of the Offer, without notice, at any given time. The decision of Vodafone with regard to genuineness of any claim shall be final and binding and no claim / correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
