By submitting your entry, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions contained herein. This contest is organised by Tupperware India Private Limited having its registered office at 204 – 206 Tolstoy House, 15 Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi-110001 India (hereafter referred to as the “Organiser”). The contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.

Eligibility Requirements:
This contest is open to individuals who are Indian nationals and/or permanent residents of India aged 25 years or over provided that such individuals have atleast one child aged between 6 years to 11 years as on 31 st December, 2016.

The following persons are not eligible to participate in this contest:
** Permanent, contract or temporary employees of the Organiser (including its associated or related companies) and their immediate family members (i.e. parents, spouse, children and in-laws);
** Promotional agencies, advertising agencies, public relation agencies, judges of the contest, their group companies and their permanent, contract or temporary employees and any other persons involved with the Organiser in organising, promoting and/ or conducting the contest.

Contest Period:
** This contest runs from 4:00 PM (IST) 17th December 2016 to 8:00 PM (IST) 30th June 2017.
** All entries must be received within the contest period specified above. Any entry received beyond the aforesaid time will not be considered as a valid entry for the purpose of the contest.

How to Enter:
** Any eligible person can participate in the contest on Kid for Health website ( kidsforhealth.in)
** The Organiser will have different contest during the contest period, and participants will submit their entries on the comment box.
** There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the contests.
** Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
** No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
** The Organiser reserves the right to delete and/or remove any entry sent/submitted which are derogatory/defamatory/obscene in nature solely at their discretion and the same cannot be challenged by any person whomsoever and participants agrees to hereby indemnify and keep indemnified the Organiser saved and harmless against all claims made by any parties whomsoever and demands made by any authorities whomsoever for any answers sent/submitted which are derogatory/defamatory/obscene in nature.
** The Organiser shall accept only complete and correct answers entry in English Language sent/submitted by the participants in the specified mode and within the designated contest period will be eligible.

Winners Selection:
** All eligible entries received during the submission period will be gathered at the end of the contest period. Winners will be announced within 7 days of the end of the contest period.
** Judges’ decisions are final. The contest winners shall be determined by a panel of judges appointed by the Organiser.
** The Organiser’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the contest is final, conclusive and binding on all participants and no correspondence whatsoever in that regards shall be entertained and the Organiser’s decision in relation to all matters affecting the Contest cannot be contested in any forum or before any authority whatsoever.
** The Organiser reserves the right to replace any winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.
** The winner of the contest cannot transfer or assign his/her rights to any other person.

Prize:
** One winner will win a 3 days and 4 nights trip to Hong Kong, also covering Disneyland and such prize includes cost of the following for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children, (One child’s age to be between 6-to 11 years as on 30th September’17 and the second child to be aged between 0 to 11 years as on 30th September’17)
