Max Jingalala Web Offer :

** “Company” shall mean Tata Sky Limited, the organizer of the contest, having its registered office at 3rd Floor, C-1, Wadia International Centre (Bombay Dyeing), 6 Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai – 400025.

** The offer shall be tentatively called ‘Max Jingalala Web Offer’ and hereinafter referred to as the (‘Offer’). The Offer will be tentatively available from December 23, 2016 to February 23, 2017. The Company will not consider any entry made after the Last Date.
** The Offer shall be open for the whole of India except the state of Tamil Nadu and wherever else prohibited by law.
** “The Participant” shall mean any person who, being eligible to avails the Offer, applies for the Offer in accordance with the rules and regulations contained herein or amended and/or altered from time to time.
** In order to participant in the Offer, the Participants will require to purchase Tata Sky DTH Connection (‘DTH Connection’) from the website of www.tatasky.com (or give a missed call at 74117 74117 | 8714287142 | 8714387143).
** Only those Participants who have activated the DTH Connection post the purchase shall be qualified for selection.
** Company shall randomly select three (3) Participants who shall be declared as the winners of the Offer (‘Winners’).
** Each Winner shall get a chance to meet and greet Mr. Amitabh Bachchan (‘Prize’).
** If the Winner resides in a different state in India other than the state where such Prize is awarded, then the Winners shall travel to such state/ venue at his/her own expense.
** It is further clarified that any travel expenses and/or accommodation expenses and/or any other incidental expenses as may be incurred by the Winners in relation to the Offer shall be solely borne by such Winners and the Company shall not be in any manner whatsoever liable to compensate such expenses or damages.
** The Company reserves the right to substitute the Prize with a similar prize at its sole discretion, either before or after a winner has been selected for this Offer.
** The Participant agrees and acknowledges that any upgrades from a lower pack to a higher pack and multiple purchases of the DTH Connection from different user ids or different accounts shall not qualify for the Offer.
** The Offer will run as per the sole discretion of Company on of its website www.tatasky.com or other platforms of its group companies. It shall be the sole discretion of the management of Company whether to discontinue the Offer or to continue it.
** The Offer may run at the dates decided by Company. Company will be at liberty to change the dates of the Offer at any given time without prior intimation to anyone.
** Further, Company may at its discretion, restrict the Offer to select cities at the company’s discretion extend the Offer to other cities without any prior intimation in this regard.
** The Company’s representatives/judges would select the winners as per its discretion and no claim from any person/ body shall be entertained in this regard.
