Terms & Conditions:
1. The Season of Smiles Shopping Promotion – “SPEND MORE, GET MORE, WIN MORE!!!” (the ‘Promotion’) at the Passenger Terminal Building, Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru (the ‘Airport’) is organized by Bangalore International Airport Limited (‘BIAL’), and is open to all individuals aged 18 years or above as of the date of the Cash Bill.

2. The employees of, BIAL, participating concessionaires at the Airport, advertising and promotion agencies or/and any person related to the Promotion, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.

3. The Promotion is valid only from 11:00 hours (Indian Standard Time – IST) of 15th December, 2016 till 23:59 hours (IST) of 31st December, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”). BIAL reserves the right at its discretion, to extend the date of the Promotion.

4. To participate in the Promotion, one has to make a minimum purchase of 200/- on a single bill subject to conditions of the Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is purely voluntary.

5. BIAL is only facilitating the Promotion and hence, purchase made at any of the food & beverage/retail shop or/and Airport lounge facility (the ‘Outlet’) shall not be construed as sale by BIAL.

6. Any purchaser, who spends a minimum sum of 200/- or more, at any of the Outlet, is eligible to participate in the Promotion, by way of collecting a handout, which contains “Terms & Conditions” of the Promotion in brief, and submitting an entry by

(1) giving a missed call to 9700078222 from a mobile phone (India users) (The user is delivered a link through a Short Message Service (‘SMS’));
(2) scan a QR code (all users); or
(3) logging into a website: smiles16.in (all users), and filling in the requisite contact details (viz., name, mobile number, email address, which are mandatory, as also flight number and destination, which are optional) and uploading photo capture of the Cash Bill immediately, or at his/her leisure, anytime on or before 23:59 hours (IST) of 1st January, 2017.

7. The buyer can also get the link shared by co-passengers or by the Outlet volunteers, who can share the network directly. The customer can either enter the details himself/herself (at the Airport or later), or take the help of assisted entry (at the Outlet).
