Terms & Conditions:
The following terms & conditions shall be applicable to all prepaid subscribers buying new selective Handsets as communicated by Telenor from time to time (hereinafter referred to as “Handset”), from any of the selective outlets authorised by Telenor across six telecom circles viz. Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Gujarat, Maharashtra, U.P. (East) & U.P. (West) during the period 1st Jan 2017 to 31st March 2017 (both days inclusive) (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period”) and shall be legally bound by these terms and conditions of the offer.

Activation Process:
For an Eligible Subscriber: Offer would be activated automatically within 48 hours of inserting Telenor SIM in the Handset after first paid call made within 15 days of activation. Telenor is not responsible for any technical challenges/delays in activation. Offer once activated cannot be reversed or re-claimed.

Service Suspension:
Telenor reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, postpone, change, alter or modify these Terms & Conditions of the Offer or any part thereof at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the Prepaid Subscribers availing this offer.

Termination:
Telenor may discontinue / suspend temporary or otherwise / terminate the arrangement and / or modify the terms and conditions of use for any reason and at any time without notice to Subscriber(s).
