** Only entries submitted till the 4th of Jan 2017, 11:59 PM will be considered for the contest.
** Each participant can only submit one entry.
** The uploaded posts will qualify for a lucky draw and one winner will be chosen accordingly.
** The grand prize will be an iPhone.
** If the Prize-winner has not claimed their Prize within 14 days of announcement of the winner, the company will be entitled to select an alternative Prize-winner in accordance with the selection list.
** Any entries with political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights will be removed without notification.
** The contest is open only for citizens of India.

Any person who is:

(b) a family member of such employee, is not eligible to enter the Competition. TVS Motor Company Ltd. reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Competition as a result of this Rule.

** The courts of Bangalore alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the subject matter of this contest.
