** Register yourself and share the link to your LIVE music curation/ performance here goo.gl/HH0Ni2
** Registrations closes on 10th January’17. Once we receive all the entries, our special Jury will further shortlist.
** On 12th January’17 the shortlisted participants videos will be uploaded on our Facebook page, where you will have to appeal for online voting to your fans/friends in form of (Likes/ Comments/ Shares)
** The 2 winners would be finalized on the basis of online voting and Jury’s decision

Eligibility:
** This Contest is organized and conducted by Sula Vineyards
** To participate in this contest the participant (Music artist) or the members of the band should be 18 years and above.
** Each participant must be a citizen of India
** Participants i.e artist/ bands should have a legitimate social media presence i.e Facebook / Twitter / Instagram / Youtube
** Each participant must ‘Like’ Sula Vineyards on Facebook and ‘Follow’ Sula Vineyards on Twitter and Instagram

Conduct of This Contest:
** The Contest shall commence on 23rd December’16 and shall conclude on 10th January’17. Entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

In order to participate in the contest, the participants are liable to follow the listed steps:
** Register themselves on goo.gl/HH0Ni2
** Share the link to their latest music curation/ performance in the above google form
** Once we receive all the entries, they will be further shortlisted by our special Jury and posted on Sula Vineyards Facebook page tagging the respective artists/ bands profile or page
** Post that the shortlisted participants will appeal for online voting to their fans in form of (Likes/ Comments/ Shares)
** The winners would be finalized on the basis of the following credentials; 30% online voting and the 70% based on the Jury’s decision

Each entry video must adhere to the following rules:
** The video must be an original composition
** The video duration should be minimum of 60 seconds to a maximum of 180 seconds

General:
** The decision of Sula Vineyards on all matters relating to or in connection with this Contest (including selection of the winners) will be final and binding on all parties concerned.
** Sula Vineyards may, at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice, vary, modify, delete or add to these Terms and Conditions and may also withdraw or discontinue this Contest at any time without notice or liability to any party.
