Pongal Gold Coin Contest

** These terms and conditions apply to the Britannia Industries Ltd “Britannia Good Day Pongal Gold Coin Contest” for Participants (hereinafter referred to as “Promo”) sponsored and launched by Britannia Industries Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “BIL”) and partnered by J. Walter Thompson in the execution hereinafter referred to as “Agency’ wherein Participants can participate by taking a picture of their Rangoli and uploading the same on Britannia Good Day Facebook Page.

** The Promo is valid for the states of India namely; Andhra Pradesh & Telangana together as a whole and Tamil Nadu from 5th January 2017 to 18th January 2017 (herein after referred as “Promo Period”).
** During the Promo Period of 14 (fourteen) days 1 (One) daily prize will be awarded to winners who will be selected on a daily basis of the Promo, and each shortlisted winner shall be eligible to win an E-Voucher of 1 gram Gold Coin (herein after referred to as “Prize”).
** The winners will be shortlisted basis maximum number of likes received by 6 p.m. on the day on which the Rangoli pictures are uploaded/posted. Under any circumstances, there cannot be any exchange done for the prize.
** The Promo is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
** Participants participating or seeking to participate in the Promo shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.

Eligibility:
** This Promo will be open to Indian citizens residing in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Tamil Nadu with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partners of BIL and the agency residing anywhere in India.
** People below 18 years shall be allowed to participate with their parents or guardians providing the necessary documentation on behalf of the minor.
** In such a case, the parent (s) or legal guardian of the minor may redeem the prize at his / her own cost and shall execute the documents as required
** In order to be eligible for the daily prizes, all shortlisted winners will be required to have valid identity proof and PAN Card.

Promo Period & Promo Timings:
** The Promo will commence from 9 a.m. of 5th January 2017 and shall be valid till 6 p.m. of 18th January 2017 (here in after referred as “Promo Timings”).
** The Participants can make an entry only during the Promo Timings in the Promo Period but the daily winner generation will be for the entries received on every day.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the picture of the Rangoli is uploaded. Entries coming outside the Promo Period will not be considered for winner selection.

Daily Prizes:
** Daily Prizes – Winners for each day will be chosen on or after 11 a.m. of next day during the Promo Period. Winners will be chosen basis the maximum no. of likes received for pictures uploaded on Britannia Good Day Facebook Page.
** There will be One (1) E-Voucher of 1 gram Gold Coin daily to be won each for the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana together as a whole and for the state of Tamil Nadu.

How to Apply:
** To participate in the Promo, as a first step, Participants are required to log on to the Promo website Britannia Good day Face Book Page and follow the instructions on the website to complete participation.
** Participants shall be required to upload a picture of Rangoli drawn/designed/created by them on the Britannia Good Day Face Book Page.
** One Participant shall be allowed to upload only one Rangoli Picture per day.
** There will be no charges for entries made online other than the charge to respective Internet Service Providers for the internet usage.

Winner Selection:
** Basis the number of likes received for each Rangoli Picture uploaded every day, the Rangoli Picture with maximum likes shall be the Winner subject to successful completion of verification and genuineness of documents.
** Valid entries in the contest shall mean entries received between 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. of a particular day.
** Winner for 1st day will be selected on the next day basis the number of likes received. (Only the likes received between 9:00 a.m. to 12 a.m. on the Rangoli Pictures uploaded on a particular day shall be considered for counting the highest no. of likes) received during the day.
