Super Hour Offer:

The offer is conceptualized, organized and hosted by vodafone india limited, and vodafone mobile services limited (hereinafter collectively referred to as “vodafone india”) for the eligible subscribers of vodafone india.

Offer Details :
a. The 3 Offers are:
a. Voice Super Hour: Make unlimited local Vodafone to Vodafone calls (not applicable on Domestic roaming)Or
b. 3G/4G Super Hour: Surf unlimited Data at 3G/4G speeds (applicable on Domestic roaming)Or
c. 2G Super Hour: Surf unlimited Data at 2G speeds (applicable on Domestic roaming)

b. 1 hour duration will be based from the time the pack is made active in Vodafone systems for all packs.
c. In the telecom service areas of Mumbai and Maharashtra and Goa, Voice Super Hour will get activated from the next nearest hour. For example, if unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone local voice pack gets activated at 2.45 pm, customer will get the unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone local voice benefit from 3pm.
d. 3G/4G Super Hour will not be applicable in states of Andhra Pradesh / Bihar/Jammu and Kashmir / Himachal Pradesh /Madhya Pradesh and Chattisgarh.
e. This Offer is not applicable for Unlimited Data pack Users.
f. 2G/ Voice Super Hour will be available Pan India.
g. An Eligible Subscriber can subscribe to the Offer any number of times;

Offer Period:
a. This is a limited period offer by Vodafone India, available from 7th, January 2017, 00:00:01 hrs. till 31st March 2017, 23:59:59 hrs., both days inclusive (“Offer Period”);
b. Vodafone India reserves the right to extend or shorten the Offer Period, as it deems fit.

Offer Area:
a. The Offer is valid in select Indian cities / telecom service areas as mentioned below :
Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata, ROB, Gujarat, Chennai, TN, Rajasthan, Haryana, UP W, UP E, Karnataka, Kerala, MnG, Assam, NE, Punjab, Odisha, HP, AP, MP, JK, Bihar, Offer of 3G/4G super hour is not applicable in AP/MP/Bihar/HP/JK

Modification of Offer:
a. Vodafone India reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to modify these Terms & Conditions of the Offer or any part thereof at any time during the Offer Period and without prior notice to You, if so required in view of business exigencies and/or guidelines issued / amended by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes and the same shall be binding on the participating Subscribers availing this Offer.

b. If Vodafone India modify these Terms, the modified terms will be posted on www.vodafone.in. You are therefore advised to check this Website regularly for any update(s) or amendment(s) made to these Terms and Conditions and in the event the modified or amended Terms and Conditions are not acceptable to You, You should discontinue participating in the Offer. Your continued participation in the Offer will constitute Your acceptance of the latest revised Terms and Conditions.

Withdrawal of Offer:
a. Vodafone India reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, suspend or prematurely withdraw the Offer at any time during its validity as may be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by TRAI, Department of Telecom (DOT) and/or statutory changes without any notice to You and the same shall be binding on the participating Subscribers availing this Offer.
