Great Indian Sale Musafir Offer :

The Amazon Great Indian Sale contest (“Contest”) and the benefits/ prizes hereunder are provided to you by Musafir.com India Pvt Ltd (“Brand”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Residents of the state of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter the Contest since such contests are prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under the Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details of the contest & How to enter:
** This Contest will commence from 20th January, 2017 and end on 22nd January, 2017, both days inclusive (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must purchase any product(s) listed on the Amazon.in mobile application by third party sellers worth INR 500 or above
** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all customers who purchase the Product in accordance with Section 2 above, on each day of the Contest Period, 10 customers will be chosen by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the Contest question which he/ she will receive through an email and/ or phone call.
** Subject to these T&Cs, if such customers answer the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Amazon, each such customer will be eligible to receive a 4 nights/ 5 days all-expense paid trip to Vienna, Austria (Europe) from the Brand (“Prize”).
** Once the winner has been selected, he/ she will be sent the contact details of the Brand that may be used to claim the Prize from the Brand.
** In order to claim the Prize, the winner will be required to share certain information/documents with the Brand, as required by the Brand, for verifying/cross-verifying his/her details.
** In the event the winner fails to claim the Prize within the stipulated time line, another winner may be chosen in accordance with the process set forth in these T&Cs.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”/ “ASSPL”). You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. If you are declared a winner under this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive a prize/ benefit under any other similar contest or promotion running on the Amazon.in website or mobile application during the Contest Period.

Prizes:
There is a total of 10 Prizes that will be under this Contest i.e. 1 Prize to each winner of the Contest. The Prize will be provided to the winner(s) on or before 10th April, 2017 by the Brand.

The Prize will include:
a) Return economy class airfare ex Mumbai, ex Delhi, ex Chennai, ex Bengaluru;
b) Schengen Visa Fee;
c) Insurance as per travel (1 week ) for passengers upto 45 years of age;
d) 4 night accommodation on twin share basis in a 3* hotel in Vienna with buffet breakfast;
e) Return airport – hotel – airport transfers on SIC basis;
f) One half day city tour of Vienna on SIC basis;
g) 4.5% GST on the above package.
