Creative Contest:

Genius Minds is a world-wide contest targeting students from Pre-school to College level. It is conducted online, on campus and offline.

Children and the young people are the natural innovators and this contest aims to nurture their thirst for knowledge, creativity and capability- all the quintessential qualities that best define a true genius mind.

Online Contest Rules & Regulations:
Entry into this contest constitutes your acceptance of the rules and terms and conditions.

Contest Registration:
** Participants who wish to register online can login from any net enabled facility to take part in the contest. Application form can be filled and payment can be made online.
** Others can register manually by filling in the application forms found in the Genius Minds pamphlets and by paying in cash / via bank transfer.
** Once the form is submitted, no changes are allowed. Please note that the registration will be considered valid only after the receipt of registration fee payment. The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
** To participate online, please select the mode of participation as online.
** The unique user name and password would be provided by email once they are successfully registered by the campaign promoter. Only by using those credentials, can a participant be able to login to the portal for participating in the contest.

Who can participate?:
This is a cross curriculum contest which is open to students from KG to College. We accept entries from students across the world.

They will be categorized as follows:
** Beginners – Students of LKG & UKG
** Freshers – Students of I Std – IV Std
** Juniors – Students of V Std – VII Std
** Seniors – Students of VIII Std – X Std
** Masters – Students of XI Std – XII Std
** Mentors – College Students

Contest Objective:
Children and the young people are natural innovators, the true promises of a better tomorrow and this contest aims to nurture their creativity, capability, intelligence and imaginative ideas- all the quintessential qualities that define a Genius Mind.

Contest Procedure for Online Participation:
** For the students falling under the categories Beginners (LKG & UKG) and Freshers (I Std – IV Std), the contest will be assessed based on their coloring skills. The medium used for coloring can be color pencils or crayons.
** The coloring page can be downloaded online after successful registration, which can be colored, scanned in JPEG/ gif/ png format and uploaded by November 2016.The file size shouldn’t exceed 2 MB.
** For the students falling under other categories, the contest will be assessed on the basis of an Objective Questionnaire (time allotted -10 mins).

The evaluation will be on the parameters of relevance of the participant’s knowledge in the following areas:
** Logical Reasoning & mental Ability
** Numerical & Arithmetic Skills
** Science & Innovations
** GK & Current Affairs
** Arts & Literature
