Entry Fee:
For Single Entry Rs.20/- only (One can participate in any number of entries on any Topic / Title)

How To Participate:
** Entries must be of size Paper / Thick Paper ONLY
**Entries can be made of any Title or Topic.
**Entries have to be made ONLY by the participant.
**The Entrant must WRITE the selected Title and Topic at the top of Every Entry.
**Mention the below details using CAPITAL LETTERS at the “BACK of EVERY ENTRY”:1. STUDENTS NAME 2. CLASS / GRADE 3. TOPIC 4. TITLE 5. SCHOOL NAME & ADDRESS SEAL
**For, Title Art: Can use Pencils, Color Pencils, Sketches, Crayons, Pastels, Water / Poster / Fabric Paints
**For, Title Write-up & Poetry: Can use ONLY BLUE – Ball-point pen, Glitter pen, Gel pen, Stic pen & Ink pen
**Each participant can send one or more Entries on any Topic / Title
**Mail the Soft Copy of Participants List (Compulsory) to info@phegivef.com & phegivef@gmail.com in the below format and a printout of the same with the Entries Parcel

Participation Eligibility:
Either Full School Participation from Classes LKG to 8th or with a Minimum of 250 Entries per school (Less than that are not eligible for Prize Category and will receive participation certificates only) *Can be conducted in School premises for a period of 1 or 2 as per schools convenience

Groups:
Group ‘A’ – LKG & UKG
Group ‘B’ – 1st & 2nd
Group ‘C’ – 3rd & 4th
Group ‘D’ – 5th & 6th Group ‘E ’ – 7th & 8th

Results & Prizes:
Prizes and Certificates will be sent to respective participant Schools by Post & Mail before April 2017

Mode of Payment:
Entry Fee has to be paid as a single Bank Demand Draft depending on the TOTAL number of entries *Bank Demand Draft has to be ONLY in favour of “PHEGIVEF” payable at ‘Coimbatore’, Tamil Nadu *Total Entry Fee can also be paid by E-Transfer (Contact us for details)

How To Send The Entries:
** Entries shall be submitted ONLY by post.
** All the ENTRIES must be sent with proper packing & at your own risk and expenses.
** Schools participating above 500 Entries can deduct 5% & shall use it for Parcel & DD charges.
** Entries must be neatly packed Group-Wise supported with a cardboard sheet both the sides.
** Submit the Original Artwork and send the parcel (ALL Group-Wise packs inside) along with the Acknowledged Participation form (has to be downloaded from www.phegivef.com), Participants list (Formatted as mentioned above), Bank Demand Draft and a Covering Letter with authorized signatory

** Parents or Guardians or School must ensure that the Entry made is original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party.
** Venerable Personalities in the respective TITLES judge the entries.
** The decision of the producers of this competition WILL BE final in this matter and no more communication nor will comments be entertained in to, following their decision.
** Parents or Guardians or School must ensure that the Entries do not contain any illegal, unlawful, defamatory, obscene and offensive or any other unsuitable material.

Note:
The PHEGIVEF reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any stage & in any way. The PHEGIVEF reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion or if circumstances arise outside its control. For the avoidance of doubt, unless expressly stated in these Terms, no expenses, costs, fees or other sums will be paid by The PHEGIVEF.

Prizes: (*Includes all Groups, Titles and Topics)
School Level Winners: 5 – Gold Medals and 5 – Silver Medals (Plated)
State Level Winners: A Framed Certificate – with a “PURE GOLD COIN ” for Each Group Participation Certificates Will Be Given For All Participants.
