GumOn DostiOn Contest :

1. The GumOn DostiOn contest (“Contest”) is organized by ITC Limited (“ITC”) purely for promotional purposes.

2. Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary.

3. The Contest was initially valid from 26th September 2016 to 4th December 2016. As per clause 41 of the Terms and Conditions, the Contest Period has been extended by a period of __ days from 26th December 2016 to 31st March 2017 with certain modifications The updated Terms and Conditions are as follows.

4. The Contest is open only to Indian citizens residing in India.

5. Participants should be at least 18 years old on or before 26th September and should have a valid passport with 6 months validity to be eligible for the final reward of International Trip.

6. Employees of ITC, JWT, BigCity, GoZoop Agency and other involved agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

8. Steps to Participate in the Contest :
Step 1 – With the purchase of every three GumOn packs, you get an exciting Friendship StickOn (“Sticker”).
Step 2 – Paste the Sticker on any object and take a selfie with (1) one friend and the Sticker.
Step 3 – Upload your photo on the GumOn Facebook page- facebook.com/GumOnIndia.

While uploading the photo, caption the photo with the answer to the question “What does your long lasting friendship stand for?” The teams with the funniest and wackiest selfie will stand a chance to win T-shirts and the teams with the funniest and wackiest captions will stand a chance to win an international trip to Singapore, as detailed hereinunder.

9. The caption must be written in English. The caption must be within 60 characters. The photo/caption uploaded by the Participant must be original in nature and should not be plagiarized/violate the intellectual property of any third party.

The photo/caption uploaded by the Participant shall not be immoral/obscene in nature, and should not violate common standards of decency. Any entry that violates the terms of this clause shall be disqualified from the Contest and shall be immediately deleted by ITC/the Organisers and their decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

10. The participant who uploads the Sticker and captions the photo with the answer to the question “What does your long lasting friendship stand for?” will be considered as the Group Leader for the purposes of the Contest. This Group Leader will be the sole point of contact for ITC for all communication purposes.

11. T-shirts – For the prize of the T-shirts one winner for each hour of the Extended Contest Period shall be selected from amongst the pool of valid entries (valid entries shall be entries received between 00:00:01 to 23:59:59 for each day of the week).

Winners shall be selected based on creativity in the photograph. The winning team shall get two (2) Gum On T-shirts. The Group Leader of the winning team will be contacted on Facebook through a Facebook message.

12. International Trip to Singapore – One winner shall be selected at the end of the Extended Contest Period from amongst the pool of valid entries. The winners shall be selected based on creativity in the caption. The Group Leader of the winning team will be contacted on Facebook through a Facebook message to verify their details.

13. The T-shirts will be dispatched to the Group Leader of the winning team provided the following are provided by the group leader within 7 business days of intimation on Facebook.

Contact number and email id of the Group Leader of the winning team and the address to which the T-shirts are to be delivered, as well as the sizing requirements for the two T-shirts. ITC/any of the other organizers shall not be responsible for any incorrectly provided information that may result in the personalized T-shirts not being delivered.

14. The International trip winning team should provide the following within 7 business days of intimation on Facebook. ID proof, DOB details, contact number and email id of both the members of the winning team. ITC/any of the other organizers shall not be responsible for any incorrectly provided information.

15. The presence of both members of the winning team is required for the International Trip. If due to any reasons one of the winners is unable to travel, the trip cannot be transferred to any other friend/relative of the winner and their entry becomes invalid.
