Terms and Conditions:
1. Maruti Suzuki Alto is holding a contest #LetsGoIndia from 25th Jan’17 – 28th Jan’17, which is valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.
2. The Contest is valid for Indian Residents who are 18 years or above, except employees and family members of Maruti Suzuki Alto and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event Management Company.
3. To be eligible for this Contest, the participant must be a fan of the Maruti Suzuki- Alto K10 facebook or follower of Alto 800 on facebook.
4. There shall be total of 6 winners from Facebook (3 from Alto 800 & 3 from Alto K10). The winners will be selected basis the best participation category from each contest question.
5. The selection of winners shall be at the sole discretion of Maruti Suzuki Alto, and no further queries shall be felicitated in this context.
6. Participating in #LetsGoIndia contest implies that you agree to all Terms & Conditions of the contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.
7. The prize shall be awarded conditionally upon acceptance and if the winning customer is unable to be contacted till 30 days after the contest is over, or if any prize is unclaimed or declined by or before 30 days from the closure of the contest after receipt of communication to winning customer, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unacceptable and will become void.
8. The winners will be asked to share their ID proofs through Facebook personal message to claim the prize.
9. Entries should not (i) contain any inappropriate, harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable or offensive language or content; or (ii) should not violate the rights of any party; or (iii) contain anything which, if published, would adversely affect the reputation Maruti Suzuki Alto.
10. In the event that a winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to claim the Prize in the time required, the prize will be forfeited.
11. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency regarding any instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional material relating to the Contest, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
12. Maruti Suzuki Alto will not be liable for delay in delivery of prizes due to non-availability of stocks or for any other reason beyond its control.
