Gionee Websonic Contest :

1. This Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited (“Organizers”) and is open to all (“Participants”) for participation:
a. Residents of India; and
b. who are in the age group of 16 to 40 years.

To participate in the Contest, a Participant need to share one (1) selfie video, which selfie video may feature him/her alone or with one or more people (subject to these terms and conditions) describing why they are a Superfan of the VH1 Supersonic Festival, 2017 (“Event”) as per mode of participation provided below and the instructions that may be provided by Organizer from time to time (“Contest Entry”).

3. Mode of Participation:
A Participant may participate in the Contest by following below steps, during the Contest Period (defined below):
a. A Participant is required to capture one (1) selfie video which selfie video may feature him/her alone or with one or more people (subject to these terms and conditions) describing why they are a Superfan of the VH1 Supersonic Festival, 2017 (“Event”) i.e. the Contest Entry (as defined above);

b. Participate by submitting the aforesaid Contest Entry via email to vh1supersonic@viacom18.com along with their name and other details as requested by the Organizer from time to time; and

c. A Contest Entry will be considered valid only if such Contest Entry is a selfie video featuring the Participant alone or with one or more people (subject to these terms and conditions) describing why they are a Superfan of the VH1 Supersonic Festival, 2017 and submitted in strictly in compliance with the Contest terms and conditions and other instructions of the Organizer as communicated from time to time.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall begin on February 1, 2017, and shall conclude on February 4, 2017 (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest. The Winner shall be announced on February 6, 2017 or such other date and/or time as may be determined by the Organizer at its sole discretion.

Selection of Winner:
At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall or the jury engaged by the Organizer shall select total 1 (one) winner from the Participants who have submitted the most creative Contest Entry based on the creativity and quality of the Selfie Video shared and the innovativeness of their comments (as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion) (“Winner”).

Gratification Details:
a. Each Winner declared by the Organizers would be eligible to win one (1) couple GA (General Admission) pass for the Event proposed to be held in Pune (“Prize). The Prize shall have an approximate value of INR 8,600/- (Indian Rupees Eight Thousand and Six Hundred only) plus taxes.

b. The aforesaid Prize shall be for such date and venue of such Event as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion. It is further stated that the Prize is a GA (General Admission) pass for the Event and shall be subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions as is set out therein or as may be informed by the Organizer from time to time.

c. Winner and persons accompanying them / attending the said Event shall strictly comply with the rules of the event venue. This shall be a strict condition precedent to the Winner availing the Prize.

d. Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winner.
