For the avoidance of any doubt, please note that the gratifications offered under this Campaign are solely sponsored and distributed by Paytm for the Winner(s) (defined later) of this Campaign to be participated by the Paytm user.

** A Paytm user (participating in this Campaign shall be referred to as “Participant”) by participating in the Campaign, hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her irrevocable consent to the process of selecting the winner as set out herein, and any appropriate changes that may be made to this Campaign by Paytm, including due to any legal or regulatory requirement, instructions from any judicial or a quasi-judicial body or due to any natural calamity beyond the reasonable control of Paytm, its affiliates and associates or for any other reason whatsoever.

** For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a Participant.

** By participating in the Campaign, You indicate your acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

OFFERS & PRIZE:
GRAND PRIZE :
** Grand prize winners will be chosen on basis of randomized selection from the below mentioned categories for the entire duration of Campaign Period.

** 1 Winner will be awarded Complimentary Match tickets for a couple for India vs Australia Test Match (which will take place at Dharamshala from 25th March’17 to 29th March’17) with travel tickets (max. worth up to INR 15,000) at the end of Campaign Period.

** Grand prize winners will be declared by 28th February, 2017.

DAILY PRIZE :
** Daily prize winners will be chosen on basis of randomized selection from the below mentioned categories every day during the Campaign Period.
** Daily 100 users will get movie vouchers worth Rs.150 each.

Procedure & Conditions:
** User needs to do at least one transaction in any of the below mentioned categories on Paytm platform using Promocode: LOVE in every transaction to be eligible for this campaign. Promocode is applicable on DTH, Prepaid Recharge, Mobile Postpaid Bill, Data card and Landline Bill Payment transactions

** To increase your chances of winning in this campaign, we suggest you to spend as much as possible using Promocode: LOVE.
** User needs to use promo code LOVE in every transaction that is to be considered for this Campaign.
** Only the successful transactions will be considered for winning in this Campaign. Match tickets will be handed over at the venue.

** Winner will be awarded Complimentary Match tickets for India vs Australia Test Match (which will take place at Dharamshala from 25th March’17 to 29th March’17) with travel tickets (max. worth up to INR 15,000) at the end of Campaign Period.

** To and Fro travel tickets will be provided as per the most convenient mode of transport available from winner’s place (Bus, Train or Flight) up to Rs. 15000 Accommodation will have to be arranged by the winner.

** Paytm / One97 employees and their relatives will not be eligible to participate in this Campaign.
** Daily prize winners will be announced on next working day.
** Only transactions done by end consumers will be valid.
** Paytm reserves the right to disqualify any transaction or discontinue promotion any time.

** Gratification is subject to the deduction of TDS as applicable. The selection of all the winner(s) shall take place within 48 working hours of to announce names of Winners (herein “Announcement Period”) & the gratification shall be distributed thereafter.
