Please read these rules (“Official Rules”) before entering this contest (“Contest”). You agree that, by submitting an entry, you will be bound by these Official Rules and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements.

The Amazon Now App Contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon Now Service Terms and Conditions and the Conditions of Sale as available on the Amazon Now mobile application (“Amazon Now App”) to which you agree by using the Amazon Now App.

To the extent the Amazon Now Service Terms and Conditions and Conditions of Sale are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to this Contest only.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest and “We” or “Our” shall mean Amazon.

ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your ‘current country’ in your account settings on Amazon Now App;
(c) You should have a billing address within the territory of India;

(d) Your delivery address should be within the territorial limits of the cities of Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai or Hyderabad and should fall within the areas covered by the pin codes where ‘Amazon Now’ services are available, from time to time during the Contest Period (a list of such eligible pin codes is available at: amazon.in/now); and

(e) You should be of an age of eighteen (18) years or above at the time of entry into
the Contest.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren) and our affiliates, advisors, advertising agencies or Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:
** This Contest will commence at 12:00 am on February 15th, 2017 and end at 11:59 pm on February 28th, 2017 (“Contest Period”).

** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must (a) download the mobile application of Amazon Now (“Amazon Now App”); and (b) thereafter, sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Amazon Now App.

** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who undertake the actions stated in Section 2 above in accordance with these T&Cs, 1 participant will be selected by a random draw of lots to answer the qualifying Contest question.

** Subject to these T&C, if the selected participant answers the Contest question correctly within the stipulated time period, such selected participant will be eligible to receive the ‘Moto G4 Plus'(“Prize”).

** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one (1) Prize under this Contest, upon answering the Contest question correctly.

** Participation in the Contest is available only through the Amazon Now App, and you will not be eligible to participate in Contest through the desktop or mobile site or mobile application of amazon.in.

MAILING LIST:
By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials from Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER CONTESTS:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit or prize awarded in any other promotion / contest, unless you enter each promotion / contest separately.

PRIZE:
There is only one (1) Prize that will be given under this Contest. The Prize will be delivered by Amazon to the winner of the Contest on or before April 30, 2017. You acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions applicable to the Prize or the receipt thereof.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
