The Super Challenge Contest Season 7 is organized and hosted by IMI Mobile Pvt. Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Plot No.770, Road No.44 Jubilee Hills and is open to all prepaid and post-paid category of Subscribers of Aircel Ltd. and Dishnet Wireless Ltd. (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Aircel”) residing in India and within the following Aircel telecom service areas (“Circles”)- Total 18 circles named as AS, BH, KO, NE, OR, WB, DL, HP, JK, PB, RJ, UE, AP, CH, KA, TN, MH, MU

Subscription to this Super Challenge Contest Season 7 contest Pack is valid from 05-02-2017 from [from 00:00:01 hrs] to 05-04-2017 [till 23:59:59 hrs]. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Super Challenge Contest Season 7 contest Period”).

Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the Super Challenge Contest Season 7 contest Period, as it deems fit, and any such change shall be published on the website imimobile.com/aircel-contest-tnc/

By subscribing to the contest hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below and gives his/her consent to the terms and conditions that may be launched as part of this contest.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a Super Challenge Contest Season 7 Participant.

All existing and new Subscribers of the contest hereby:
1. Agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below and gives his/her consent to the terms and conditions of any season of a contest that may be launched as part of this contest.

2. Agree that they are entering into this contest as an independent individual person and nothing herein establishes an employer-employee relationship between them and Aircel or between them and IMI Mobile and they are acting voluntarily, using their own time and resources to participate in any of the seasons/contests launched as a part of this contest solely at their own risk;

3. Warrant the accuracy, truthfulness, and currency of all information that they have submitted; and

4. Warrant that prior to subscribing to contest it shall be deemed that they have read and have acknowledged and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions herein and the terms and conditions applicable to each such season of the contest.

5. Warrant that the contest is played as individually and not as a group, agency or a registered or unregistered firm.

6. These Terms and Conditions are available on the website at the following address imimobile.com/aircel-contest-tnc/ (“Website”). The Terms and Conditions can be amended or varied from time to time or withdrawn and therefore, please visit the Website to keep yourself updated and informed.

Eligibility :
The Super Challenge Contest Season 7 contest Pack is open for subscription for all active prepaid and post-paid Aircel Subscribers who fulfill the following criteria:

Subscriber must belong to any one of the Circles mentioned herein above;
1. Subscriber must be an active Aircel Subscriber;
2. Subscriber must not have been either convicted and / or prosecuted for commission of any criminal offense nor be of an unsound mind; and
3. Subscriber must not be under any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc. and / or is prohibited from entering any contractual relationship.
4. The subscriber has to be an active Subscriber during the contest Period.

5. In the case of MNP (Mobile Number Portability) i.e. subscriber is porting out his number from Aircel to other Telecom Operators during the contest period then the subscription of the subscriber shall get terminated on such date and time and shall not be eligible for any prize.

6. Score and charging for any subscriber should be in synchronization any score without the amount charged would be disqualified and the score would be deemed forfeited.

Despite the winner being announced on an audit by the Auditor appointed by IMImobile ,if these discrepancies are found Aircel holds the authority to cancel participation and winning of any subscriber.

7. Any disconnection of the contest, services, the number or any waiver of the service during the contest period, Aircel has the full rights to disqualify that subscriber and forfeit the score so earned.

However, in the case of any discontinuation of the contest by the subscriber, the subscriber can re-register afresh for the contest.

Once a Subscriber has deactivated as per the Subscription and deactivation process explained below, any further subscription to the contest shall be construed as a fresh subscription for the purpose of this contest and the score for the same shall start at Zero.

The points or score made till before the deactivation shall not be carried forward even within the same contest period.

8. Despite the winner being announced on the audit by the Auditor if these discrepancies are found the Subscriber has made any extra points due to any technical failure, unfair or alternative technology in that event also Aircel shall have the right to disqualify the Subscriber.

9. If the same person having different MSISDN* has been selected more than once, in such event he/she shall be awarded only one Prize.

Eligibility of gratification would be that a subscriber shall be entitled to win only once during the entire contest If a Subscriber has been declared as a Winner in more than one category then he/she shall be entitled to only one highest Prize amongst different Prizes/rewards across bumper, monthly, weekly, Surprise Day.
