Magical Space Adventure Contest :

1. All eligible individuals are requested to go through the detailed terms and conditions before participating.

2. This Magical Space Adventure Contest (“Contest”) is being conducted by Reliance Retail Ltd. (“Reliance”) and Colgate-Palmolive (India) Ltd (“Colgate”) from 1st February 2017 to 31st March 2017 (“Contest Period”).

3. Reliance does not endorse any of the products of Colgate under the Contest.
4. This Contest is for Reliance One Card Registered Customers only Pan India(“Registered Customers”) who are major in age.

5. Participation of the Registered Customers is purely voluntary and by participation Registered Customer is deemed to have accepted to abide by these terms and conditions and waive their right to claim any ambiguity

6. Reliance and Colgate will not be responsible for the loss/theft/misplacement of Registered Reliance One Card by the participating Registered Customer.
7. Purchase of Colgate Strong Teeth pack is not a condition precedent to participate in this Contest.

8. One can get an opportunity to participate in this Contest by creating magical stories, clicking a picture of the same and posting it on the @RelianceFreshOfficial Facebook Page. Posting on the Facebook page in accordance with the aforesaid instructions does not confer upon the Participant any right to win the Contest.

9. Details of the Prizes to be won are as follows:

10. From the registered participants of the Contest, vide random sampling by computer, total 200 entries will be selected randomly, and will be entitled to win the shopping vouchers (“Voucher/s”) as per specifications mentioned under term 9. Colgate does not have any discretion, choice or hand in the selection process.

11. To claim the Voucher the Registered Reliance One card customer has to show any valid photo identity proof along with the Registered Reliance One Card.

The validity for claiming the Voucher by the winner is two weeks from the date of announcement of the winner/s, otherwise the winner shall be disqualified and decision of Reliance shall be final and binding in this regards.

12. The Voucher shall be handed over to the winner by Colgate employee at the Reliance store where the purchase was made or any other place as communicated by Reliance to the winner. No Voucher would be sent through post/courier/by hand deliver to the winner, winner has to be present to collect the Voucher.

13. Voucher/s cannot be exchanged for cash or gifts or other purposes.

14. Persons registering in this Contest authorize Reliance to send voice messages and SMS alerts/messages to their mobile/landline numbers. Subscribers who have opted for DND (Do Not Disturb) facility with their respective service providers may not receive the aforesaid messages / alerts.

15. The name of the persons winning the Contest will be published on colgatedentalcream.co.in anytime between 1st March 2017 to 30th April 2017.
