We strongly believe that every kid is beautiful. This contest is for entertainment & fun purpose only.

1. Contest guidelines:
I. Cute kid contest is open to all users/non users of the apexconvetschool.in platform. There no any fee for participating the contest. You are to note down the registration no. available on online registration form
II. There will be 2 Category in the cute Kid Contest, one is for cutest face competition and 2nd is for most popular face contest.
III. There are 3 age groups.1st group is for 1-2 years kids,2nd is for 2-4 years & 3rd is for 4-6 year kids.
IV. There is Rs.1100 cash prize for winner of each category and for each group.
V. You can upload any photograph of your baby for Popular Face Contest but for Cutest Face Contest only the photograph shot on photo shoot day will be accepted.

2. Schedule:
I. Registration for Cute Baby Contest will be opened from 25th Feb. to 5th March Midnight
II. Voting Lines for Cute Baby Contest will be opened from 6th March 2017 to 12th march 2017 midnight.
III. Winners will be announced within 2 weeks of contest closure.
IV. apexconventschool.in reserves the right to extend or modify the contest at its discretion. If there is revision, the revised date will be published on the same contest landing page and the date for results will be announced accordingly.
V. Participants have to come for photo shoot on 5th March, 2017 in the school campus for participating in Cutest Face Competition.

3. Winner criteria:
I. Winner of popular face will be declared by facebook likes.
II. The decision made by such jury panel with respect to the winners shall be final and binding in all respect for cutest face kid contest.
III. If you win the contest, communication regarding gift and certificate will be done on registered email ID.

4. General Rules:
I. Age will be counted as on 1-04-2017.
II. Participant should be resident of Fatehabad district only.
III. No contestant is allowed to vote more than one time from one Facebook ID.
IV. In the cute kid contest if results are tied among two or more participants, the winner whoever will be of young age, will be final winner of the contest.
V. Eligible Applicants must comply with all rules to be eligible for the prize. Apex shall not be held responsible for ineligible Entries or Entries fraudulently made by the Eligible Applicant. Proof of age or eligibility is required.
VI. Apex convent school reserves the rights to change, amend, delete or add to these terms and conditions of this event without prior notice. It will be the duty of the participants to check the site apexconventschool.in from time to time for any updates/amendments/modifications etc.
VII. Eligible Applicants are bound to accept these terms & conditions while entering this competition.

How to Register:
1. Go to our school website www.apexconventschool.in.
2. Click on “click here to enroll”.
3. Fill the registration form.
4. Login with your mail ID.
5. Click on “Upload the photo”.
6. After final submission your status will be shown as pending.
7. After approved by the admin a link will be sent to your Gmail ID, you can find it in your inbox/spam, and then you will be registered in the contest.
8. The link will be active during the dates for the voting lines only.
