Top SKODA Fan Contest:

** The Contest will start from 28th February 2017, at 2 pm and shall close on 6th March 2017 at 6 pm. Any entries post the specified time will be deemed invalid. The contest will be conducted on Facebook and Twitter.

** Participation in this contest is voluntary and participation deems acceptance of the terms and conditions of this contest.
** Contest is open exclusively to all Indian Residents above the age of 18 years except employees and the family members of SKODA India, its associate companies, its advertising and contestable agencies and its auditors.
** There will be 4 winners of the contest with one winner for each category of Influencers, Scouts, Ambassadors and Super Fans. Participants topping each category on Drive Tribe will be chosen as the winner.
** The decision of SKODA India in selecting the winner will be final and binding.
** The participant will be eligible to win only when they join the official SKODA India Tribe at goo.gl/cW37e5. SKODA India will send the prize to the winners provided the correct address has been provided by the participant on the Facebook and/or Twitter platform.
** It is understood that it will take at least 2 weeks for the prize to be delivered to the recipient.
** SKODA India reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the offer prematurely at its sole and absolute discretion.
** The gifts are neither transferable nor upgradeable and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made.
** SKODA India shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the participants and/ or winners for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which exists today or will be known anytime in the future, without any consideration to the participant and/ or the winner and the participant/winner agrees that he/she has no objection to the same.
** SKODA India shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this activity.
** SKODA India shall not be liable for any loss, delay or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay or damage.
** SKODA India shall not be liable for any loss of prizes due to incorrect address or any other information provided by the winner.
** SKODA India is not responsible for any malfunction/ server error/ technical fault of any kind either at the participant’s end or the website, which prevents the participant from talking part in the contest.
** The decision of SKODA India will be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of this offer and is non-contestable. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
** All disputes relating to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Aurangabad only.
