Women’s Day Contest :

This Women’s Day contest (“Contest”) is provided to you by Amazon Online Distribution Services Private Limited (“AODSPL”) and made available on www.amazon.in and its mobile application/site thereof (collectively, “Amazon.in”) by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”/”ASSPL”).

Eligibility:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

Details of the Contest & How To Enter:
** This Contest will commence from March 05, 2017 at 12:00:01 a.m. (IST) and end on March 08, 2017 at 11:59:59 p.m. (IST) (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from your Amazon.in account and navigate to the Contest landing page.
** To participate in the Contest, during the Contest Period, you must send an Amazon.in gift card issued by Qwikcilver (“Gift Card(s)”) via e-mail to your loved ones and answer a Contest question which will be posted on the Contest landing page.
** In order to participate in the Contest, you must: (a) sign-in/ sign-up from your Amazon.in account; (b) navigate to the Contest landing page; (c) send Gift Card to your loved one(s); and (d) answer the Contest question correctly (collectively, “Participant(s)”).
** At the end of the Contest Period, a draw of lots will be conducted amongst all the Participants who fulfil the criteria mentioned in Section 4 above.
** One selected Participant on each day of the Contest Period will be declared as the winner and will be entitled to each win a Gift Card worth INR 10,000 issued by QwikCilver, which amount will reflect as Amazon Pay Balance (“Prize 1”).
** Additionally, 100 Participants will be declared as winners on each day of the Contest Period and will be entitled to win each a Gift Card worth INR 500 issued by QwikCilver, which amount will reflect as Amazon Pay Balance (“Prize 2”). (Prize 1 and Prize 2 are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Prize(s)”).
** A total of 403 Participants will be declared as winners during the Contest Period.
** Amazon Pay balance is a sum of all balances associated with Gift Cards in your Amazon.in account.
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one Prize under this Contest.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes:
There is a total of 403 Prizes that will be under this Contest.

Odds of Winning:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and “Steps to follow” in the section above.
