Smart City Karnal Contest:

Municipal Corporation Karnal invites citizens to state their Vision for “Smart City Karnal”.

Terms and Conditions:
** The Contest is open to individuals, teams and organizations restricted to Indian nationals.
** All entries must be uploaded to creative corner link of www.mygov.in or send the hard copy to Commissioner, Municipal Corporation Karnal.
** The best vision statement would be the intellectual property of the Municipal Corporation Karnal and will be used by Municipal Corporation Karnal for promotional and display purposes.
** The vision statement should not violate any provision of the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.
** Participant is required to ensure that his/her MyGov profile is accurate and updated since IMC would be using this for further communication.

Technical Parameters:
** Vision statement should be within 100 words in a single sentence
** Languages – The submission will be accepted in English or Hindi languages.

Evaluation Criteria:
** Municipal Corporation Karnal would be responsible for evaluation and assessment.
** The decision of the Municipal Corporation Karnal would be final.
** If any legal proceedings arise, shall be subject to local jurisdiction of Karnal City.

Prizes:
1. First prize – Rs. 11,000/-
2. Second prize – Rs. 5,100/-
3. Third prize – Rs. 2,100/-
