Shop N Win Contest:

The following terms govern the Shop N Win contest (“Contest”) conducted by Michelin India Private Limited (“MIPL”) on the Michelin India Facebook page. All persons participating in the contest shall be governed by the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility:
** Any person who is above 18 years of age shall be eligible to enter in the Contest (“Participant”). This Contest is applicable only to persons residing in India.
** MIPL reserves the right to seek for proof of age or any other relevant information from the Participant.
** Participants shall have a valid Facebook account and agrees be governed by the terms & conditions and privacy policy of the respective social media platform.
** Each participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Contest is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
** No participation or other fee is required to be paid for participating in the Contest.
** The residents of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

Contest:
** The Contest begins at 00:00 Hours on 1st April 2017 and ends on 30th June 2017 at 23.59 Hours (“the Contest Period”). Entries submitted till 30th June 2017, 23.59 Hours will be considered.
** MIPL reserves its right to curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary at any point of time, during the Contest Period.
** The participant shall enter into the contest in following manner.
** Purchase a Michelin 2 Wheeler Tyre for any Scooter or Motorcycle from the Authorized dealer of MIPL between 1st April, 2017 to 30th June, 2017.
** Take a Selfie with their Vehicle featuring the Michelin Tyre.
** Login to their facebook account, “like/follow” the Michelin India facebook page and post the Selfie with a Catchy Caption in the Michelin India facebook page in the following link https://www.facebook.com/MichelinIndia.
** Tag minimum 5 friends and get your friends to “like” the Selfie uploaded on the Michelin India facebook page.
** 7 Participants with maximum number of “likes” in Facebook will win a Duffle Bag worth Rs 2999/- every week. (“Weekly Winner”).
** The name of the Weekly Winners will be posted every week in the official Michelin India facebook page https://www.facebook.com/MichelinIndia.
** All Weekly Winners complying with these terms and conditions will be eligible for the Grand and the Mega Prize at the end of the Contest Period and would be automatically enrolled for the Grand and Mega Prize Contest.(“Eligible Weekly Winners”).
** At the end of the Contest Period, the entry with the maximum number of likes/comments/shares amongst the consolidated list of Eligible Weekly Winners will win a Mega Prize – KTM Duke 200.(“Mega Prize”)
** Apart from the above, 2 Entries amongst the consolidated list of Eligible Weekly Winners with the best photograph will win a Grand Prize – Canon EOS 1200D DSLR Camera (18MP, 18-55mm).
** Also two entries amongst the consolidated list of all Eligible Weekly Winners with the best caption will win a Grand Prize – Apple iPad Mini 4 (16GB, Wifi). (“Grand Prizes”)
** Each participant can submit only one entry for Shop N Win contest. Tagging minimum of 5 friends is mandatory.
** All the Winners need to furnish the copy of the invoice of the Michelin two wheeler tyre purchased by him/her during the Contest Period to be eligible for claiming the prize.
** In case the participant fails to furnish the invoice copy, his/her participation will be considered void and the next best entry will be declared the winner.
** Weekly Winners, Grand Winners and Mega Winner will be chosen by an independent jury from an external agency and the decision of the jury shall be final and binding on Participants.
** Michelin shall in no way be responsible for any activity related to such selection.

Other Terms and Condition:
** The entry submitted by the Participant should not contain inappropriate, malicious, defamatory, obscene, hateful or indecent materials
** The Participation in the contest is voluntary and the Participants are free to opt out of the contest at any point of time.
** MIPL shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or liability arising due to the participation in the Contest.
** MIPL does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and or queries of the participants or furnish any reason or explanation at any stage.
** MIPL may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to its affiliates without consent of the participants.
