Double JPMiles Promotion Offer:

1. Offer Validity Period:
The Offer will be valid from 1st April 2017 to 31st May 2017 inclusive of both dates.

2. Offer:
2.1 A member can earn up to 40 JPMiles per INR 100 spent if the purchase is made via shop.jetprivilege.com
2.2 Bonus JPMiles is applicable to those members who make a purchase via shop.jetprivilege.com and quote their valid JetPrivilege number
2.3 At any point of time member will be eligible for only one campaign bonus.
2.4 No two offers can be clubbed together

3. Eligible Participants:
3.1 All JetPrivilege Member who possess a valid and existing JP Membership Number are allowed to participate in this offer (“Participants”).
3.2 The offer is also valid for New Customers who enrols as a JetPrivilege Member on www.jetprivilege.com during the campaign period.

4. Credit of Bonus JPMiles:
4.1 Credit of Bonus JPMiles shall take effect only subsequent to the credit of Base JPMiles earned in accordance with the Online Affiliate Policy available at shop.jetprivilege.com
4.2 All Bonus JPMiles accumulated under this Offer shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the JetPrivilege Program available at www.jetprivilege.com
4.3 Bonus JPMiles will not be credited on cancelled or disapproved orders.

5. Offer Participation:
5.1 It is the sole responsibility of the Participants to ensure that they provide their correct JetPrivilege Membership Number before being redirected to the Affiliate Partner’s site. Any disputes surrounding incorrect entry of JP Membership Number shall not be entertained.

5.2 By participating in this Offer conducted by JetPrivilege Private Limited (“JPPL”), participants agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned in this document.

6. General:
6.1 These Terms & Conditions are final and binding on all Participants. If any matters or disputes or differences arise in relation to these Terms & Conditions, they shall be determined solely by JPPL.
6.2 This Offer is further subject to the terms and conditions specified in Online Affiliate Policy, Jet Airways Policy and JetPrivilege Program.
6.3 If any Participant has not received his respective credit of Bonus JPMiles, he may contact JPPL within a period of 6 months from the date of the transaction to resolve the matter.
6.4 JPPL shall not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury whatsoever that may be suffered by the Participants, whether directly or indirectly, by use or non-use of products/services purchased from Affiliate Partners under this Offer.
6.5 The Offer and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
