Terms and Conditions:
** During the offer period, at the end of each day, Amazon and the Kenstar will jointly announce 1 lucky winner entitled for a 100% cashback and up to 10 other selected winners shall be entitled for one Mumbai Indian T-shirt each and up to 5 other selected winners shall be entitled for a T20 Mumbai Indian match pass each.
** The 100% cashback offer* is applicable only on purchase of 1.5 Ton 5 star KSZ55.WS1-MDA model of Kenstar Split Air-conditioners at www.amazon.in/dp/B01ND15FCX between 27th April’2017 and is valid till 17th May’2017 from www.amazon.in or through mobile application of Amazon.

** The winner shall receive the 100% cashback in form of Amazon Pay Balance which shall reflect in the winner’s Amazon account after 30 days of the announcement.
** The value of the cashback shall be the purchase price of the product subject to the applicable TDS as per the government regulations.
** Winners for Mumbai Indians T shirts or tickets will be chosen from customers who buy any Kenstar AC on Amazon or who participate in the Champions of Cool Offer contest at facebook.com/kenstarindia
** The winners shall be selected by draw of lots which shall be conducted in the presence of senior officials of the company.
** The names of the winners shall be announced on www.kenstar.in.
** In case any announced winner returns the product according to the return policy of Amazon, he/she shall not be eligible for the cashback or any other benefit under this offer.
** Amazon Pay Balance can be used multiple times and shall carry a validity of one year.
** The winners who have won the Mumbai Indian T-shirts or Mumbai Indians Ticket matches shall be informed individually by the Company.
** In case of refusal of prize under this offer by any winner, Kenstar shall be at its liberty to choose another winner.
** The Mumbai Indian T-shirt will be sent to the customers within 60 days from the day of announcement.
** Customers will have to pick the match passes 1 day before from a specified Kenstar office address in the match city.
** The prizes won under this contest are not encashable, non-negotiable and any request for exchange of reward for cash will not be entertained.
** In case of any delay/modification / cancellation in the match schedule the Company/Amazon shall not be held responsible and no alternate tickets shall be issued in such a case.
** Kenstar’s decision in respect of all matters connected with or arising out of this offer shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered in this regard.
** Kenstar reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend or withdraw the offer at its sole & absolute discretion without any prior notice.
** The offer is open to residents of India, except for employees from Amazon & Kenstar India, and their immediate families.
** All disputes relating to this offer shall be decided by sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Company and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Aurangabad (Maharashtra) only.
