Singing Talent Competition:

The event’s purpose is a Singing Talent Competition MY TALENT -2017. The event will be held as a competition in the state of Punjab.Contestants from all over Punjab could participate in the competition to unleash their hidden talent in front of respected judges.The event will be held in the month of May

The competition is basically divided into 5 Rounds with each of its own rivaling rules and conditions.

Details:
** The Singing entry will include people of age 16-40 years, with Solo performances duration of 5 minutes maximum per candidates. The entry fee for singing competition will be INR 500 per registration.

Selection Ratio:
** Audition Round -Unlimted selection as per judge opinion
** Studio AV Recording Round -Mahi Production will record two live AV’ Preselected Participants after Audition Round

Selection Details:
Selection Criteria:
** Audition Round- Every applicant will have to go through an audition round.
** Studio AV Recording – Selected participants from the Audition round will go through the Studio AV Recording Round
** Mega Round
** Semi Round
** Gala Round

** At Studio recording Round, Mahi Production will arrange mentors, Production Set up and assistance for the selected candidates .(even if the participants doesn’t excel through the next rounds, they will be given their recorded Music Audio & Video).
** The 5 winners of the competition will be honored with trophies as recognition and will be featured in a Multi Audio Video album which shall be released by Track Seven Records.
** There will be Studio recording of winners (two songs per winner). The album will be telecasted on Punjab State TV Channels.
** Along with this, each winner will be given 100 CD’s each of their recorded music album so that they could use to promote themselves.
** The lyrics writer will not be arranged by Mahi production. The winners have to write their songs all by themselves.
** 5 Runner ups will be given hamper prizes and other competing participants will be given a certificate of appreciation to encourage their good endeavors.
** Semi and Gala round will be judged by Jury. Their judgment will be the final and the last decision. No Sponsor or any person can oppose or violate the judge’s final decision.
** No entries would be accepted from other cities and state expect for Punjab, Haryana, Himachal or Chandigarh.

Publicity & Recognition Opportunity:
** The 5 winners of the competition will have an amazing opportunity to be featured on TV channels. As the winners of the competition will be given a chance to record their self-composed and written songs record label.
** Multi Audio Video album which shall be released by Track Seven Records(2 songs per winner).The album will be telecasted on Punjab State TV Channels.
** Along with this, each winner will be given 100 DVD each of their recorded music albums so that they could use it to promote themselves.

Event Goals:
The Talent show aims to achieve the following objectives:
** To introduce new talent on this given platform who are not able to fulfill their singing dreams. Our objective is to give those deprived talents a chance to perform and enlighten their hidden potential and art in front of the world.
** To construct confidence, self-esteem in the participants through given practical exposure. Increase their professional knowledge about the music industry and to help them polish their talent to face real world circumstances.

Event Description:
** The singing Competition is planned to start on.
** The funds collected will be used for the event and participant’s recordings, assistance and mentors.
** The target markets for the event will be the people ranging from 16 to 40 years old. The Singing talent Competition is themed with modern culture to inspire the innovation and appreciation of aesthetic arts.

Sponsorship Details:
Generous sponsorships for the event will be contributed by companies and organizations outside of the event. The sponsorships for them are made via a request form; sponsors will be highlighted in general announcements during the introduction of the event and in an article of the workshop published in the academic newsletter afterward.
