PUMA Pitstop Contest :

The PUMA Pitstop is a contest being organized by PUMA Sports India Pvt. Ltd (PUMA) in association with Myntra. PUMA and MYNTRA shall also refer and include their affiliates, subsidiaries and successors for all the purposes in relation to the contest

How to Enter:
** The participants must like the Puma’s official page on Myntra
** The participants must shop for Puma merchandise amounting to the value Rs. 3,499 during each Lap on Myntra
** The participants must participate in the #PUMAPitstop on all laps

Contest Duration:
The contest shall be valid for twenty five days (25) starting from 6th May, 2017 to 31st May, 2017

Eligibility:
** This contest is available specifically for residents of India
** The participants must be over 18 years of age
** The participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity
** This contest is not applicable to the employees, affiliates and next of kin of PUMA and MYNTRA and they shall be excluded from this contest at all times
** The participants are required to shop for PUMA merchandise and participate in the #PUMAPitstop on all 4 laps to be eligible for the contest
** The participation in the contest is purely voluntary
** The participants must have a valid residential address, contact number, e-mail id

General Terms & Conditions Disclaimers
** PUMA and MYNTRA shall be collectively referred as Organizers and Organizers reserve its right to replace the winner if the winner is disqualified or fails to fulfil the requirements of the contest and/or fail to acknowledge the prize within one week of declaration thereof by PUMA
** The participants can shop for any Puma merchandise available on e-commerce website Myntra.
** The contest is exclusively valid on Puma merchandise listed on e-commerce website Myntra
** PUMA is not responsible for any additional cost and/or allowance and the winner shall bear all additional costs.
** In furtherance, PUMA shall not be liable for any loss and/or damage to the winners during the travel and/or during the stay and the winners indemnify PUMA against all such losses and/or claims.
** Winners will be announced by 1st July 2017, based on the procedure adopted by Organizers.
** The ruling of the jury panel of Organizers and the procedure adopted by Organizers shall be final and binding upon all the participants and no appeal or correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
** Organizers shall choose two (2) winners, who shall be sent to Ferrari World, Abu Dhabi in the month of August, 2017.
** The date of travel is tentative and Organizers reserves its rights to amend and/or cancel the event without any prior notice
** By participating in the Contest, the Participants hereby authorize PUMA and MYNTRA to use in any manner whatsoever their photographs, videos and images.
** The Participants further indemnify PUMA and MYNTRA against any claim/loss accrued due to the authorized use of their images, videos and/or photographs
** All the prizes in the contest are non-transferable and cannot be licensed or assigned to any other individual and/or cannot be claimed/enjoyed/sought by anyone else other than the Winner of the Contest
** By participating in the Contest, the Participants hereby agree to make themselves available for any promotional and/or marketing purposes and/or any publicity purposes.
** The Participants further authorize PUMA to publish including but not limited to the images, videos, quotes of the Participants in any manner whatsoever in both online and offline media channels
