#AdidasByMe Contest :

1. This “#adidasbyme” contest (“Contest”) is a Contest being run and conducted by Imagination Edutainment India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “IEIPL”) for kids, who as on the date of participation are between the age of 4-16 years (“Participant(s)”) wherein the Participant(s) shall be given an opportunity to design shoes on a paper sheet with shoe outline and win exciting prizes as provided herein. The prizes are offered by adidas India Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (“adidas”). The Contest is only valid for Citizens of India.

2. Participation in this Contest is voluntary. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance by the Parents and/or Guardians of the Participants of these terms and conditions. IEIPL reserves the right to require that the parent or guardian of the Participant confirms in writing that they agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and will accept any prize on behalf of the Participant.

3. Entries for the Contest are applicable only in the contest period i.e. 7th May, 2017 to 13th June, 2017 in Mumbai & 7th May, 2017 – 30th June, 2017 in NCR (“Contest Period”).

4. Contest shall be conducted at Kidzania facilities in Delhi NCR and Mumbai. Employees and relatives of IEIPL and adidas are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

5. Participant(s) shall prepare and submit the design of the shoes on a paper sheet. IEIPL shall provide the shoe outline on which the Participant(s) shall be required to work for further designing. The Participants will have to design the shoes by using only the material provided by IEIPL team & no personal material is allowed. The material provided by IEIPL shall be returned to IEIPL by the Participants.

6. On a daily basis, IEIPL shall shortlist top 5 entries from each of Mumbai and Noida locations. Out of all the shortlisted entries during the Contest Period, top 10 designs as selected by adidas will be declared as winners.

7. Winners shall be informed by IEIPL through phone calls/ emails to their Parent and/or Guardian as per the details provided at the time of registration.

8. adidas gift vouchers shall be eligible for purchases only at select adidas outlets and cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount. Other T&Cs may also apply.

9. In order to be eligible for the Contest, the design has to be exclusively made by Participants without any aid from adults, otherwise the Participant stands disqualified. The design has to be an innovative and creative design and no part of the design should be an imitation or copy of any third party.

10. Selection of the winners shall rest on the sole discretion of adidas. Decision of adidas on selection of the winners shall be final and binding on all Participants and no correspondence will be entertained on the same.
