1. This Contest is exclusively for the new subscribers of Geojit Online Financial Planning Module

2. Period of the Contest is from 10th May 2017 to 10h July 2017
3. 2 lucky draw winners shall be eligible to win an Iphone 7 each
4. The Lucky winners will be selected by Geojit Financial Services Ltd at its discretion fromthe total number of new subscribers during the period.
5. The Winners will be notified separately.
6. For being eligible, the new subscriber is required to subscribe for Geojit Premium plan with an initial subscription fee of Rs. 999/-.
7. Geojit Financial Services Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and to extend, suspend and/or terminate the Contest without notice to clients.
8. Geojit’s decision on all matters relating to the Contest, including the lucky draw, shall be final, binding and conclusive and no correspondence will be entertained.
9. In case of non availability of the declared Gift,a Gift Voucher of equivalent amount shall be given to the winners.
10. Gifts or Gift Vouchers are non-encashable, non-extendable and non-negotiable.
11. If the gifts are not collected within 1 month from the date of the notification of the winners, it will stand forfeited at the discretion of Geojit .
12. Geojit or any of its Group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries including its Directors and employees will in no event be liable for any damages – direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential arising out of this Contest
13. The Terms & Conditions of this contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Laws. Further, it is irrevocably and unconditionally agreed that the Courts of Cochin shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any proceedings in relation to any disputes in any way relating to or concerning this campaign.
14. Geojit shall not accept responsibility for any failure, malfunction or difficulty or for any event which may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted for reasons beyond the reasonable control of Geojit

15. Disclaimer: Clients may choose to be a part of this Contest out of their own decision and discretion. The decision of Geojit as regards eligibility, results, prizes, gift vouchers and other relevant issues related to this Contest shall be final and binding on all participants.

Geojit reserves the sole right to modify the rules and regulations, discontinue or terminate this Contest at any point without prior notice.
