Terms & conditions :
** The above rates are not applicable on black-out days, festival dates, govt. holidays and special events.
** This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discounts.
** The above given packages are exclusive of applicable taxes and service charges.
** Rates are based on twin sharing basis.
** In each room one extra adult or two extra kids are allowed on additional charges.
** Extra adult (above 12 years) @ Rs 1,500 per night including breakfast only.
** Extra child (5 to12 years) @ Rs 1,200 per night including breakfast only.
** Child (below 5 years) is complimentary.
** Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 Noon.

Destination Credit can be availed only on the below given facilities:
** Leo Theatre
** Entry to a live entertainment show by Pride Events (Weekends only)
** Entry to Night Club
** Services and treatments at Leojuventa
** Food and beverages at the restaurants and café

The terms and conditions of this communication are governed by the laws of India and come under the Jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India only.

Advance Deposit Policy:
** A deposit, equal to 100% of the estimated invoice must be paid in advance for confirming the reservation.
** An advance paid cannot be refunded, however the same can be used within a period of 6 months from the date of deposit for any future endeavor.

Cancellation / Refund Policy:
** Cancellations made fourteen (14) days prior to check-in: a convenience charge of 2% will apply.
** Cancellations received before 48 hours of check-in: 50% of reservation charges + convenience charges of 2% will apply.
** Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in: No Refund

Refund Terms:
** Once cancellation of booking is made by the customer, it will take 25 working days to deposit the refund amount in the customer’s account. The refund amount will be as per the cancellation policy.
** Cancellation refund amount will be deposited only to the account from which the payment has been made.

Late Check-out:
** If guest extends the check-out time, half day room rate will be charged and will be guaranteed only based on the availability. Late check-out after 4:00 PM can be guaranteed if an additional night is booked at the time of reservation.
** To guarantee early check-in, pre-registration of previous night accommodation is required.
