** Team Entry Fee is INR 30,000/+ tax (per entry) till July 15th, 2017 and INR 40,000/+ tax (per entry) from July 16th-August 30th, 2017.
** Entries will not be processed until payment is received.
** The process for payment will vary depending on the method you select in the online form.
** Paying by Credit Card. (For team award submission one transaction per entry is allowed, In case you wish to submit more than one entry you have to apply again.
** In addition to DD/ Cheque, you can also pay the fee through RTGS/NEFT transfer.

** Your PowerPoint file should be 50 MB or less and include criteria item numbers, slide number and speaker notes for each slide.
** Speaker notes must be able to be read aloud within a 45-minute time period.
** Instructions on how to create a voice over PowerPoint File.
** You will receive an email confirmation that your files have been received.
** Team photo. (High resolution .jpg file preferred.)
** Your organization’s logo. (High resolution .jpg file preferred.)

** If we qualify amongst top 16 finalists will be invited to participate in the final round for live presentation at the SATEA on November 30, 2017 Vivanta by Taj, Dwarka, New Delhi.
** Two persons per applicant will be entitled to attend the final live presentation on November 30, 2017. Any additional entry will be chargeable.
** Application will not be processed until payment is received.
** We also understand that teams can submit multiple projects.

October 30, 2017 Announcement of Top 16 teams (teams notified of selection for final round)
November 5, 2016 Teams confirm their participation for LIVE presentations.

November 30, 2017 Live presentations by Top 16 finalists at ASQ’s South Asia conference on Quality & Improvement, New Delhi. (Winners will be announced on 2nd December, 2017)

December 2, 2017 South Asia Team Excellence Award recipients recognized at ASQ’s South Asia Conference on Quality & Improvement at Vivanta by Taj, Dwarka, New Delhi.

Gold Winner of 2017 South Asia TEAM EXCELLENCE AWARD gets a direct entry to International Team Excellence Award (ITEA) competition to be held in May 2018, USA.
