Eligibility:
** If you are an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and 18 years or above at the time of entry, you are eligible to participate in the Contest.
** Future Group employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors or advertising/promotion agencies (and their immediate family members) are not eligible to enter the Contest.
** Inhabitants of Jammu & Kashmir and Tamil Nadu will be allowed to play, however will not be eligible to win according to Public Gaming Act, 1867

Rules:
You may enter the Contest beginning at 12.00 P.M. (IST) on 16th June, 2017 and ending at 12.00 A.M (IST) on 6th July, 2017 (the “Contest Period”).

To enter, you must enter via the Entry Method below :
** Click a picture of yourself with one or more Swiss Tempelle product.
** Like/Follow Swiss Tempelle page and Switzerland Tourism Page on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter (whichever social media platform you choose for step 3).
** Upload your picture on the contest post on Swiss Tempelle page on Facebook/Instagram/Twitter.
** 1 winner will be selected who will get a free trip to Switzerland. Top 25 winners will get Swiss Tempelle hamper.
** All participants will get assured gifts from Swiss Tempelle.
** The decision of Swiss Tempelle is final and binding on this subject.

Only complete entries received during the Contest Period will be considered.

** Any graphics of the prize as depicted in any communication regarding the

Prizes:
By entering into this Contest, participants will get a chance to win the bumper prize of a trip to Switzerland as announced on the official Twitter/Facebook handle of Swiss Tempelle. There are many other prizes like Swiss Tempelle gift hampers, Swiss Tempelle product(s) as assured gifts to other participants.

PRIZE DRAWING :
All participants those who have taken part in the Contest, have submitted entries adhering to our contest requirements outlined in the “Rules” section.

We will notify each announced winner by direct messages, and he/she will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport via Direct Message on Twitter.

If any announced winner does not claim the prize/send their ID & Address Proofs within 72 hours of notification, or meet the eligibility criteria, he/she automatically forfeits his/her claim to the prize.

Each prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). All the prizes will be selected through a lucky draw among all the eligible contestants.
