Monsoon Magic Promo :

The following terms and conditions shall apply to The Mobilestore Limited, (“TMS”) Monsoon Magic Lucky Draw Offer (the “Promotion”).

Eligibility:
** The Promotion is valid on selected handsets purchased from TMS.
** Offer is meant for Indian national residing in India only at the time of purchase as well as gratification.
** Minimum age to participate in this Lucky draw is Eighteen years and is applicable only to the Original purchaser  of the handset purchased purchased during the promotional period in India except in the State of Tamil Nadu and Kerala or where it is banned or stated to be illegal by any state government
** The Promotion is applicable both at TMS Stores & TMS Website (www.themobilestore.in).
** Employees of TMS, their immediate family members and any other parties directly or indirectly involved in organizing, promoting, or conducting the Promotion is not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
** TMS has the sole discretion to exclude any person from participating in the Promotion without giving any notice and/or assigning any reason and shall be under no obligation to entertain/honor any claim, loss or damages etc. from any party.

Promotion Period:
** The Promotion is valid from 10th June 2017 to 10th July 2017, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).

Participation in the Promotion:
** Customers will be entitled to one (1) lucky draw coupon (eGV) for every invoice billed against purchase of handset from TMS within the Promotion Period.
** The Lucky draw winner selection process will be system based on handset value above Rs 3000.
** TMS reserves the ultimate right of selection process & TMS decision shall be final and binding in case of any claim or differences
** Customer will get an SMS/email/call on registered mobile number / email ID with lucky draw coupon code, if he/she is an entitled winner for following “Offer – A” and / or “Offer – B”.

Offer A: – Assured daily surprise gift:
** TMS shall contact the winners via SMS/Call/Email on the same day of handset purchase.
** Assured surprise gift will be given in form of eGV code (Electronic Gift Voucher code) which will be sent by TMS through SMS on customer’s registered Mobile number given at the time of purchase.
** eGV issued to customers against the assured daily surprise gift can be redeemed on any product sold by TMS.
** Winners are required to redeem the eGV on or before 17th of July 2017, failing which the winner will not be entitled for the assured gift.

Offer B : – Bumper Prize:
** The winners will be selected for Bumper Prize on lucky draw basis through system.
** The name of winners may be announced weekly / on or before 17th July, 2017 by SMS/Call/Email or on website (www.themobilestore.in).
** Winners will have to submit valid Identity & Address Proof (PAN Card / Voter Card / Aadhaar Card/ Ration Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.) to TMS
** In case, where the winner selected has given the residential communication address which is of outside India, then the Bumper Prize will be forfeited.
** Bumper Prize here means an LED/LCD TV of any brand given by TMS.
** If customer purchases 2 mobile in single invoice, 10 times value for Bumper prize will be calculated on highest price of the handset amongst the two.
** TMS reserves the rights to forfeit the prize and conduct re-draw for a new winner in case of any breach or violation of terms and conditions mentioned herein by the participant.
** The prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash, cheque, credit note or any other items.
** Responsibility of installation of the TV lies with customer. Customer needs to contact brand service center for demonstration and installation purpose.
** Warranty/Guarantee of the TV lies with respective brand and in case of any query or complaint the TMS should not be contacted or made party. Further, the TMS shall not be held responsible. Customer will have to contact respective TV brand for any warranty service related issues.
** Tax deduction at source, if any, will be payable by the winner. Any other taxes including gift tax will be borne by winner.
