Terms & Conditions :
1. Indian citizens can take part in this competition.
2. Word limit for the essays or poem or short story for participants is 1000 words
3. The participants will have to submit their Essay / Poem/ Short story on or before 05.09.2017 through email. Email address is info@wbhidco.in . In subject line, please write “NEW TOWN”
4. The lines should be double spaced and large fonts (14+). The numbers of words should be mentioned in all cases at the end. For handwritten texts, scanned copies may be sent by email.
5. One participant can participate once only.
6. Plagiarism will lead to cancellation of the Essay / poem/ short story.
7. The decision of the competent authority will be final.
8. The authority reserves the right to edit and publish and circulate the competition essay / poem/ short story in printing and electronic mode.
9. Participants should submit following information along with their essay / poem/ short story a) Name, b) address, c) Sex, d) Date of birth, e) contact no.
10. Best three (3) will be selected for the prizes.
11. No entry fee is needed.
