1) This is a promotional contest and is valid between 30th June 2017 to 31st July 2017, 11:59 pm.
2) The contest is open for residents on India only.

3) A total of 6 winners will be selected from a pool of all the entries received by a judging panel decided by Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd..
4) The best entry will be awarded with an iPad 9.7 inch, 32GB, Wi-Fi version or an equivalent version available. Five (5) entries will be awarded with a wearable watch each.
5) Selection of winners is at the sole discretion of the judging panel and their decision shall be considered final.

6) The winners will be announced on our Facebook page, participants are expected to claim their prize within 15 days of announcement, failure to which will lead to cancellation of the winning entry and therefore the prize.

7) The winners will be expected to submit their identification details, failure to do so will lead to cancellation of the winning entry and therefore the prize.
8) Cost of travel, local commute, taxes, or any other expense is to be borne by the winner.

9) Aditya Birla Health Insurance Co. Ltd. and/or its group/parent companies reserve the right to change and/or terminate the contest and revise the terms and conditions without prior notice and will not be responsible and liable for any loss or damage arising out of any dispute or in the event of cancellation of this promotional contest.
