Conditions of Entry :
1. The Exhibition is open for PSI Members only.
2. Same or similar work previously exhibited/accepted at any PSI exhibition or competition including monthly competition, except one man show, shall not be accepted. Same or similar entry shall not be accepted in any section.
3. Number of entries: Not more than four prints in each section.
4. Prints Size: Longer side should not be less than 12” and not more than 18”.
5. All prints should be un-mounted. No mounts of any kind will be permitted. (Not even flush mounts).
6. Each entry must bear the Name, Address, Membership number, Serial number of print and Title behind the print with the corresponding Title on the entry form.
7. The Entry fee shall be Rs.100/- for First Section and Rs.50/- for each additional section.
8. The PSI reserves the right to reproduce or publish the accepted entries unless otherwise specified.
9. All possible care of the entries will be taken, but no responsibility will be assumed by the PSI for any loss or damage to any entry or entries.
10. Local entrants shall collect the entries from the Society’s Office, on or after 6th September 2017 but before 11th October 2017. Out station members who desire to get their prints back should send Rs.100/- extra towards postal charges.
11. All Prints must be on photographic paper, based on photographic image.
12. The original image(s) must have been taken by the participant, whatever photographic medium is used. In NATURE and PHOTO TRAVEL sections, any manipulation or modification to the original image should be limited to minor retouching of blemishes and must not alter the content of the original scene.
13. The Jury’s decision will be final and binding, and any prize may be withheld at their discretion.

Prizes :
Best Entrant Award donated by Shri Anand Nirgude, Hon.PSI – Rs.2000/-.

Each section will have:
1st Prize – Cash Award of Rs.2000/-.
2nd Prize – Cash Award of Rs.1000/-.
3 Certificates of Merit.
