The Offer is conceptualized, organized and conducted by OnMobile Global Limited in association with Idea Cellular Limited.

The Offer is open for a limited period from 25th July 2017, 00:00:01 hours till 31st August 2017, 23:59:59 hours, both days inclusive, for the active1 pre-paid as well as post-paid category of the Idea subscribers (“Subscriber(s)”2) of the Idea telecom service area circle – “Haryana”.

This Offer is valid for all active prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Dialer Tone Service Pack who subscribed between 25th July 2017, 00:00:01 hours till 31st August 2017, 23:59:59 hours and fulfill the following criteria at the time of participation and during continuance of the Offer:

Eligibility Criteria:
1. 18 years
2. Resident of India
3. Not convicted or prosecuted for any criminal office
4. Not of an unsound mind
5. Resident of Haryana Circle
6. Should have the capacity to contract (no legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by court order etc)
7. If the Subscriber has ported out from Idea at the time of receiving any Gratification under this Offer, Challenger will not be eligible for any Gratification.

Eligibility & Winner Selection Criteria:
1. Customer has to subscribe to “Dialer Tones (DT)” paid service or select/set a song during the Offer period
2. The Subscriber may subscribe to the Offer by Activating RBT service or Song Download by any of the RBT Promotional medium like OBD, SIVR, IVR, USSD, etc
3. Paid service means customer needs to pay at least once for the DT service during the Offer period
4. After the Contest period gets over, basis the eligibility criteria, Eligible customers will be selected & will be communicated to play the Offer.
5. The Offer is available on voice & it will be Free of Cost for the eligible customers (No browsing charge, no charge for playing the questions)
6. The Offer consists of 20 skill/knowledge based questions with two answer options for each question.

Winner Selection Criteria:
The selection of the Highest scorer shall take place after completion of the Eligibility Period mentioned below & the gratification shall be distributed thereafter.

Highest scorer selection shall be done based on the following criteria:
1. The Customer must be a charged at least once during the eligibility period for the service & also should be an active subscriber of the service at the end of eligibility period.
2. Highest Score
3. Minimum time taken
4. In- case there is tie between users – then tie breaker round will be conducted as mentioned below.
