#ChecknWin Contest :

1. This is a “Check & Win” Contest by IndianOil which is carried out in Facebook and Twitter.

2. This Contest will run from 24th July 2017 till 7th August 2017 midnight. The duration of Contest can be curtailed or extended as deemed necessary in its sole discretion by IndianOil without issuing any prior notice.

3. The Contest will be hosted on IndianOil official Facebook and Twitter page.
4. A Participant can submit multiple entries but is only entitled to win once.

Procedures for Participation:
1.The users have to Like facebook.com/IndianOilCorpLimited and follow twitter.com/IndianOilcl as part of the contest.

2. The Participants has to Like and Share/Retweet the post and share their entries with IndianOil using #ChecknWin. The Posts will be stated in the official Facebook and Twitter pages of IndianOil.

3. Participants need to use the hashtag #ChecknWin with their post/tweet and Share/Retweet the contest post in order to make a valid entry.
4. Images of participating in #ChecknWin contest at the petrol pumps made only on or after 24th July to 7th August 2017 shall be considered as a valid entry.

5. The user needs to visit their nearest IndianOil petrol pumps and participate in the #ChecknWin campaign. While doing that take a picture & tweet or post on our social media contest post with the #ChecknWin.

Terms and Conditions for Participation:
1. Contest would take place on Facebook & Twitter and all the entries must be submitted within the contest period.
2. The Contest is not open to employees, distributors, franchisees, agents and suppliers of IndianOil.
3. The decision of IndianOil in respect of all the matters of eligibility and winning entry shall be final and binding on the Participants.
4. Mere Participation does not guarantee a prize.

5. IndianOil reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the contest at any point of time at its sole discretion, without serving any prior intimation to the participants. Intimation of any change, modification, addition, deletion in the terms and condition of the Contest will be served to the participant by posting the revised terms and condition of the Contest on the Facebook & Twitter campaign page.

6. IndianOil does not take any responsibility for any content submitted by the Participants.

7. IndianOil may collect personal information such as the Participant’s name, phone number or e-mail address, Government Identity Cards which may be used by IndianOil for its internal and promotional purposes. IndianOil may also access profile and other information from Social media platforms.

8. By participating in the contest, the Participants agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of participation.
9. All submissions and entries for the contest shall be accepted at the sole discretion of IndianOil.

10. IndianOil reserves the right to alter, change, or modify the terms and conditions or postpone or cancel the Contest at its sole discretion at any time during the period of the Contest without issuing any prior notice and without being liable in any manner.
