Soyabadi Yumdum Champs Contest :

These Terms and Conditions apply to and regulate the Fortune Soyabadi #YumDumChamps Contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) by Adani Wilmar Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at “Fortune House”, Nr. Navrangpura Railway Crossing, Ahmedabad – 380 009.

By participating in the contest, the participant agrees to the following terms and conditions of the Contest incorporated herein and understand that these terms and conditions govern the Contest. The Participant is understood to have read the following terms and conditions and agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Contest Terms & Conditions :
** All eligible individuals are requested to go through the detailed terms and conditions before participating
** These terms and conditions (defined as the ‘Contest Terms and Conditions’) apply to the Contest.
** To participate in this contest, participants should have a legitimate phone number and/or e-mail ID.

Validity of the Contest: This Contest is valid till 4th August, 2017.
Contest: Participants have to submit dumdaar stories of their kids. Stories, centered around their kids having performed acts at different point of times which exhibit a show of kindness, intelligence and dum in the context of doing something extraordinary/thoughtful/beyond their age expectation.

** AWL will not be responsible for any lack or lapse in communication on account of failure or delay by any of the internet, telecom, SMS and E-mails service provider. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

The contest covers the following:
** Entries will be accepted only on the websitefortunefoods.com/yumdumchamps and will not be accepted through any other medium.
** The contest will only run till 4th August ’17
** Participation is restricted to Indian citizens only.

Winner determination and award:
Decision of selection of the best stories lies with the Jury consisting of core committee of AWL & its authorized agency. The best stories will be selected only based on the creativity & novelty of the story as evaluated by Jury. Jury’s selection of stories and winner will be final and binding on all participants and shall not be subject to any review or appeal under any circumstances. No review or enquiry into the selection process of the winners shall be entertained.

Gratifications:
There will be 4 level of gratification for the contest mentioned as per below. AWL will reserve all rights to change the same at any point of time at its sole discretion.
** The best story (grand prize) wins a premium phone worth Rs. 40,000.
** The two runner ups will get one high end tablet each worth Rs.20,000.
** The next best 50 stories out of all the stories that get featured on the campaign page get Pro Kabaddi League (Gujarat Fortune Giants Team) merchandise.
** Top 500 valid entries get Fortune hampers

Announcing the winners :
** The announcement for the winners of the contest would be made on the website fortunefoods.com/yumdumchamps
** The winners of the #YumDumChamp Contest to be announced after completion of the contest.
** The Winners would be informed about the details through call/email/SMS by the company or its authorized agency
** Winners will receive the gratification within 60 working days once they share their details with us.
