Live Your Passion Grand Challenge :

“Contest” means the ‘Live Your Passion Grand Challenge’ which has five different contests in the categories of Art, Food, Health Photography and Travel.

Contest Period : shall mean the period from 12:00:00 a.m. of September 1, 2017 till 11:59:00 p.m. of October 31, 2017 as per Indian Standard Time.

Contest rules :
These Terms are applicable to all Participants who participate in the Contest. A Participant can participate in the Contest only if he/she agrees to the Terms and Conditions.

Rules common to all five Categories :
** Existing ICICI Bank customers can participate along with their immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings and children) in the Contest
** A Participant shall have to be an ICICI Bank Customer during the entire Contest Period to be eligible for the Prize i.e. from September 1, 2017 to October 31, 2017

** Non-customers of ICICI Bank can participate in the Contest but shall not be eligible for the Prizes except the below participation prizes:
– Rs.750 instant discount on a minimum booking amount of Rs.5,000 on goomo.com
– Rs.500 off on savaari.com on outstation rides

** FREE ClaytonWatch (Pay only shipping & handling charges of ?499 directly to the Partner, FlatworldRewards.com)
** ICICI Bank employees and their immediate family members can participate in the Contest but shall not be eligible for any Prizes
** Any participant can participate in single or multiple Category contests within the Live Your Passion Grand Challenge during the contest period.
** For new users on Live Your Passion, after signing up, you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number for validation.

** It is mandatory for Customers to submit the e-mail ID and mobile number registered with ICICI Bank to be eligible to win the Prize. Registered Email or Registered mobile number will be used to verify if the Customer is a genuine ICICI Bank customer.

** If your contact details are not registered with ICICI Bank, then you are requested to register the e-mail ID and mobile number by visiting the nearest ICICI Bank branch or by calling ICICI Bank Customer Care for support.
** Decision of the jury panel and ICICI Bank shall be final and binding

** Participant understands and agrees that the he/she shall not have any claim against the ICICI Bank, its directors, employees, associates, affiliates, etc., with respect to such use and sale of drawing/s submitted for Live Your Passion Grand Challenge – Creative Masters and shall not raise any objection or restriction regarding the use of Participant’s drawing/s at any time in the future for the purpose of a social cause.

In Art, Photography and Travel categories,
** Winners will be declared only after validation of the original physical drawing/original photograph submitted by the Participant
** The selected Winners may be asked to reproduce or recreate the artwork submitted by them, in case a Participant fails to do so, his entry may be disqualified.
** Entries (submissions) must be stored safely till the announcement of Winners for audit purposes

** Any drawing/image including or depicting anything which is foul, indecent, threatening, discriminatory, vulgar, provocative, defamatory, sexually explicit, objectionable or inappropriate or against public policy or public morality, shall lead to disqualification of the Participant at sole discretion of ICICI Bank

** Participant understands and agrees that the he/she shall not have any claim against the ICICI Bank, its directors, employees, associates, affiliates, etc., with respect to such use and shall not raise any objection or restriction regarding the use of his/her drawing/photos at any time in the future for the Proposed Activity

Winners will be notified by e-mail
** Each Participant is eligible to win a maximum of only one Prize
** If a Participant qualifies for multiple prizes then the Prize with the higher value will be awarded to him / her

** In the event any Prize offered in the Contest is not availed/ collected by the respective Winner within 60 days of declaration of Winner by ICICI Bank due to any reason whatsoever (including but not limited to availability of passport); such Prize shall be forfeited and such Winner shall have no claim against ICICI Bank, its Partners, agents, service providers, directors, employees etc.

** This is a skill-based contest and chance plays no part in the determination of winners

** The winners of all the contest will be announced within 60 working days from the end date of the contest period.
** Participation prize details will be sent to all participants through email after successful submission of entry in the Contest.

Additional Contest Rules for ART Category:
** Each Participant is permitted to submit a maximum of 10 drawings across all age groups
** The drawing/painting should be on A4 size paper made manually with pencil/sketch pen/ink pen/brush with any medium of color. The A4 size paper measures 21.0 x 29.7 cms or 8.27 x 11.69 inches.
** Scanned copy of the drawing entry needs to be submitted in JPEG / PNG / BITMAP / TIFF/ GIF format only. Size of scanned copy cannot exceed 4 Mega Bytes (MB)
** The Participant has the right to replace an existing entry with a new drawing by accessing his/her login account. However, the last submitted drawing entries at the end of the Contest Period will be considered as final for the jury’s selection process
** The drawing entry submitted in this year’s edition must not have previously won an Award in any of the edition of Creative Masters drawing contest.

Additional Contest Rules for FOOD Category:
** The quiz contest shall be in a multiple-choice format. Each correct answer will carry 1 point. There will be no negative points for incorrect answers.
** The time taken to answer the questions shall be recorded. The eligible participant who gets maximum points in least time shall be selected as winner.
** The time taken to answer the multiple choice questions shall be displayed to the participant after he/she completes the quiz.
** The participant can attempt the quiz up to 10 times during the contest period.
** In case a participant attempts the quiz more than once, the best of all attempts in terms of correctness and speed made by the participant will be considered for selection of winner

Additional Contest Rules for HEALTH Category:
Eligibility: ICICI Bank Salary Account customers. A non-customer can participate, however, he/she shall not be eligible for contest prizes or an invitation to the finale event.
Detailed Rules of the Contest:
** The quiz shall be a set of 10 multiple choice questions based on IQ & reasoning.
** Each correct answer will carry 1 point. There shall be no negative points for incorrect answer.
** The time taken to answer the questions shall be recorded. The eligible Participant who gets the maximum points in least time shall be selected for the second round.
** The time taken to answer the multiple choice questions shall be displayed to the Participant after he/she completes the quiz.
** In case of a tie, the Jury shall decide the Winner of the Contest on the basis of evaluation of the time taken by the participants. The decision of Jury in this regard shall be final and binding.
** Under no circumstance shall the answer/s be open to dispute by Participant/s for the position of a Winner.
** A customer can attempt the quiz twice during the contest period.
** Top 50 Participants who have maximum score in fastest time shall be selected as Qualifiers.
** By answering and submitting the quiz, each Participant agrees to the Terms and Conditions and warrants that his or her participation complies with all requirements as set out herein.

Additional Contest Rules for PHOTOGRAPHY Category:
** Each participant is allowed to upload a maximum of ten photographs
** The contest has 4 categories to choose from – People, Abstract, Wildlife and Nature.
** The participants can select any one or multiple categories to submit their photographs
** The entry submitted should adhere to the following criteria:
** Photograph: Image size up to 4 MB
** Photographs submitted must be in JPEG / GIF format
** The caption must be complete and accurate, sufficient to convey the circumstances in which the photograph was taken. Disguising or misrepresenting the origin of your content can become a cause for disqualification
** The shortlisted participants would be required to submit higher resolution or original photographs
** In case of high resolution photograph not being made available – those entries shall not qualify for further shortlisting
** What’s acceptable: Photographs taken from Digital camera / Mobile Phone Camera / DSLR / any other Professional camera
** Basic editing such as brightness, contrast, tuning or cropping shall be acceptable for photograph submitted
** The entry is limited to original works of photography clicked by the participant or any of his/her family members and not copied, bought or taken from any individual/entity/source other than self or family
** Photographs must not have previously won an award in earlier editions of Cameraderie, Privilege Moments and Live Your Passion on-line Photography Contest
** By submitting an entry, each participant agrees to the rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements set out in the rules
** The entry once submitted cannot be edited / changed.

Additional Contest Rules for TRAVEL Category:
** Each participant is allowed to upload a maximum of two photographs (size limited to 4MB for the photograph)
** Besides the photograph, the participant needs to write a unique travel caption that relates/describes the photograph (minimum 10 words up to maximum of 500 words)
