Terms and Conditions :
1. The ‘OPPO Times Fresh Face 2017′ activity is a hunt for the most talented boy and girl from India’s colleges.
2. If the participant is a minor then he/she should obtain parental consent before participation.
3. The competition will have four stages – college stage, semi final stage, city final stage and a grand finale stage.

4. This entry form is only for the college stage of the competition being held in the respective institutes. However, BCCL and “Title Sponsor” reserve the right for allowing wild card entries at any stage prior to final stage.

5. Short listed participants will move into the semi final stage where they will be evaluated by such judges to be chosen by BCCL and the sponsors at their sole discretion, in such a manner as BCCL and the Title sponsor deems fit and necessary.

6. This will be followed by a final stage where the city winners will be selected by the panel of judges to be appointed by BCCL and the sponsors and their decision shall be final and binding.

7. The city winners shall participate in the grand finale. In case the winners fail/refuse to participate the runner up shall be adjudged as the winner who shall in turn participate in the grand finale. The cost of travelling, lodging and boarding at the grand finale shall be borne by the Title Sponsor.

8. Times Face reserves the right to feature the picture and profile of the participants in the Times group of publications as part of the activity without any prior notice to the participants.

Title Sponsor of the event reserves the right to publish/upload the picture and profile of the participants at its website and/or Facebook page and/or in its promotional without any consideration and further notice to the Participants.

9. The Title Sponsor of the event shall have the right to send communication and/or to contact the participants in relation to promotion of its products in any manner whatsoever.
10. All participants must be available on a specified date to take part in the semi final, city final and grand finale at a given venue.
11. Decision of the judges of Times Fresh Face will be final and binding on all participants and no correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
12. All disputes will be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
13. If any of the details given herein by the participant are found to be incorrect, he/she will be disqualified from the competition at any stage.

14. BCCL reserves the right to modify, cancel, discontinue or terminate the ‘OPPO Times Fresh Face 2017’ competition at any time or to accept or reject any or all entries at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
