The Terms and Condition (hereinafter referred to as ‘T & C’) with reference to the Neemology Facebook App shall be in effect from 17th August, 2017 to 13th September, 2017 (’Period’).

Jyothy Laboratories Limited (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Company/We/Us’) may become privy to the personal details of the user, including information that is confidential in nature.

Margo® Neemology App (hereinafter referred to as ‘App’) is a quiz application on Facebook that helps the users to learn and understand more facts about Neem and its benefits. All the benefits of Neem shown/exposed/publicized in the App are generic in nature and are in no way intended to be claims of the Company.

By using the services on the App as provided by the Company, the user agrees to the T & C. If the user does not agree with the T & C as mentioned by the Company, then the user may avoid the usage of this App.

LIABILITY:
The Company shall not be responsible for any damage to any person / entity caused by any short-comings, if any of the information shared in the app as the user shall willingly accept the T & C to play the game.

The Company (including its affiliates and any of its officers, directors, personnel and employees) shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature, including but not limited to direct, indirect, punitive, special, exemplary and consequential, in any way arising from the use of this material in any manner.

The Company does not recommend the self-management of one’s health issues. The information provided by the Company in this App is not comprehensive and the users are advised to consult their own dermatology advisors to determine possible implication or consequence of any health related issues.

No correspondence with the Company shall be entertained in respect of this App. The User must take their own precautions to ensure that the process that they employ for accessing the App does not expose them to the risk of viruses, malicious computer code or other forms of interference which may damage one’s computer system.

The Company shall not accept responsibility for any interference or damage to one’s computer system that arise in connection with the use of this App. Please note that when the user completes the entire process of the quiz, one would be entitled to receive one sample of 100g Margo 100% original Neem Soap.

In the event the products is received in a damaged condition, the same shall be reported by the user to the Company at the time of the receipt of the same on the Customer Care number or email id of the Company after submitting details with respect to the lot number and date of manufacturing.

No claims would be entertained in absence of the said details.

HOW TO PLAY THE QUIZ:
1. Click on the ‘Start Now’ button and authenticate your Facebook profile.
2. Click on either ‘True’ or ‘False’ as the answer to each of the five questions.
3. The right answer will flash in green and the wrong answer will flash in red.
4. Click the ‘Next’ button at the bottom to move to the next question.
5. After submission of every answer, a Neemology Fact will appear, which helps you become an expert at Neemology.
6. After answering all the five questions, fill in your information mentioned in the form at the bottom of the screen and click on the ‘Send’ button to receive your free sample of 100g Margo 100% original Neem soap.
