Super Judge Contest

This online contest is subject to the following terms & conditions (“T&C”) (as defined below) which can be changed by Times Internet Limited from time to time without notice to Contestant.

Definitions:
a) Contest means the Super Judge Contest conducted by Times Internet Limited, where the Contestant must vote for the top three positions according to his/ her choice for the coveted title and if the vote of such Contestant matches with the Final Results of Miss Diva event, then the winning Contestant shall become the Winner.

b) Contestant means a participant who is eligible and chooses to participate in the Contest.
c) Prize means the cash prize awarded to the winners of the Contest by Times Internet.
d) Winner means the Contestant of Super Judge Contest declared as Winner by Times Internet.
e) Final Results means the result of the Miss Diva 2017 Pageant.

Eligibility

a) This Contest is valid for Indian citizens entitled to enter into any contract and is aged 18 years and above. However, Contestants below 18 years of age may participate in the Contest through parents or guardian.

b) The employees of Times Internet and their family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Any such entry, even if successful, would be deemed inadmissible for this Contest.

Contest Duration

Contest will commence on September 10, 2017 at 12 noon and will conclude on October 11, 2017 at 12 mid night (“Contest Duration”). These dates are subject to change per discretion of Times Internet.

How to Participate

Participation Fee:
No participation fee is required for the Contest.

 Contest, its features and procedure to participate in the Contest:
a) To participate in the Contest, Contestant has to log on to https://beautypageants.indiatimes.com/miss-diva/superjudgecontest and complete all the steps mentioned.
b) Contestant’s entry will be valid only if they have a valid and verified email id.

c) Winners will be decided on following:
i. Answering and voting for the Winning titles in order of Winners, first runner’s up and second runner’s up
ii. All the three should be correct to be become Winner

d) Answers once submitted cannot be changed or updated. However, participant is free to attempt those as many times as he wants.
e) Contestant understands that mere participation in the Contest does not entitle the Contestant to win the prize.

f) The result announced by Times Internet shall be final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
g) The Winners will be informed through an email. The Winner will be contacted after the Contest is over.

Prizes

a) Prize money*:
** INR 25,000/- (1st Prize)
** INR 15,000/- (2nd Prize)
** INR 5,000/- (3rd Prize)

* applicable withholding taxes to be deducted from the prize money

b) For verification purposes Times Internet may ask the winner to produce the following documents:
** Proof of Identity with photo
** Proof of age
** Proof of Address
** Copy of PAN card
** Any other document as required by Times Internet

c) Prizes will be couriered to Winners within 3 -4 weeks from announcement at the given address.

d) Any charge over and above the stated prize shall have to be borne by the Winners themselves including without limitation travelling, prize collection/delivery charges etc.

e) Prizes shall be non -transferable. Winner shall have to bear all incidental costs, if any, that may arise such as transportation costs for the fulfilment of the prize.

f) All applicable taxes/ duties/ levies including service tax or applicable gift taxes on winning the prize shall be borne by the Winner. All deductions (such as TDS), withholding tax etc. wherever applicable, shall be done by Times Internet in accordance with the Income Tax Act, 1961 or as any other law as applicable before disbursement of Prize.

g) All Prizes shall be subject to T & C and compliance with all applicable statutory legislations/ processes /formalities as may be applicable to specific Prizes.

Other Terms

a) Times Internet reserves the right to disqualify any Contestant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the Contestant has breached any of these terms and conditions. Any failure on the part of the winner to comply with directions issued by Times Internet, or in the event of any ambiguity / uncertainty / unavailability of the winner, Times Internet, in its own discretion shall be entitled to cancel the Prize(s) for the said winner(s)..

b) Subject to applicable laws, Contestant hereby grant Times Internet by participating in the Contest and/or accepting a Prize, the right to use, in perpetuity the Contestant’s information, publish and display Contestant’s picture, voice, video, statements, quotes which may be adapted, edited or modified, as solely determined by Times Internet for advertising, trade, publicity and promotional purposes in any media without notification or approval, all without any additional consideration.
