The Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited (“Organizer”) and sponsored by AIRBNB IRELAND UC (“Sponsor”) and is open all individual participants who:

Conditions :
(i) are above 18 (eighteen) years of age;
(ii) are citizens of India;
(iii) hold a valid passport;
(iv) are viewers of the Channel MTV India;
(v) have a valid Instagram account;
(vi) have a valid Twitter account

Contest Terms & Conditions :
1. The Contest shall commence on 11th September 2017 at 12:00 hours and shall conclude on 22nd September 2017 at 12:00 hours (“Contest Period”). Entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

2. Mode of Participation:
To participate in the Contest, the participants (“Participants”) need to follow below steps of participation

a. Entry for the purpose of this Contest would be either of below (“Entry”):
i. Photograph:
A photograph/ picture of themselves in the tweet or the Instagram post which as per them speaks/ illustrates their “Your Live There Moments” along with a creative caption in such tweet or Instagram post defining their such moment and Mandatory Hashtags (defined below);

AND/ OR
ii. Video:
A video recording by submitting the link to their video recording in the tweet or Instagram post which as per them speaks/ illustrates their “Your Live There Moments” along with a creative caption in such tweet or Instagram post defining their such moment and Mandatory Hashtags (defined below); For sake of clarification this link could be link to their youtube videos, blogs, websites or anything sites which is available for public viewing.

AND/ OR
iii. Travelogue/ Blog/ Photo Essay:
A link to their travelogue or a blog or a photo essay in the tweet or Instagram post which as per them speaks/ illustrates their “Your Live There Moments” along with a creative caption in such tweet or Instagram post defining their such moment and Mandatory Hashtags (defined below).

b. Mandatory Tagging and Hashtags:
Each Entry submitted by the Participants on either of platforms i.e Twitter or Instagram mandatorily have following hashtags to qualify for a valid Entry for both the Prize and Grand Prize of the Contest:

i. Thailand Grand Prize:
For Participants interested in Grand Prize of travelling to Thailand with Nikhil Chinappa the two mandatory hashtags required would be: #LiveThere AND #InThailand;

ii. Milan Grand Prize:
For Participants interested in Grand Prize of travelling to Milan with Anusha the two mandatory hashtags required would be: #LiveThere AND #InMilan;

iii. London Grand Prize:
For Participants interested in Grand Prize of travelling to London with Radhika Apte the two mandatory hashtags required would be: #LiveThere AND #InLondon;

A Participant may choose to participate for any one of the Grand Prize or all the Grand Prize, however would be eligible to win only one Grand Prize. If any Participant is interested in participating for all the Grand Prize the Participant would be required to submit separate/ individual Entries for each Grand Prize along with applicable Mandatory Hashtags and one Entry would be considered for only one Grand Prize.

One Entry with multiple hashtags would not be considered as a valid Entry for the Contest. For sake of clarification a Participant may choose to submit only one (same) Picture/ Video/ Travelogue/ Blog/ Photo Essay to participate for all the Grand Prize however the Entry posts/ tweet should be distinct with relevant Mandatory Hashtag as above.

3. By participating in the Contest, the Participants agree to be bound by any rules; regulations, guidelines or policies (“Rules”) associated with the Contest and agree to be bound by any decisions made by the Organizer, including any interpretations of such Rules by the Organizer.
