Guess who Contest :

This Guess who Contest (“Contest”) is made available by the participating sellers/brands specified at Annexure A hereto (“hereinafter referred to as the “Participating Sellers” or the “Participating Brands” as the case maybe).

This Contest is available only on the mobile application of amazon.in (“Mobile Application”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest.

You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.

These T&Cs are in addition to the Conditions of Use and Sale on the Mobile Application to which you agree by using the Mobile Application. To the extent the Mobile Application Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs, these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only.

For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon;
(c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; and
(d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Promotion.

Our employees, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and our affiliates, advisors, advertising/Contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION AND HOW TO ENTER:
1. This Contest will be live from 10:00:01 am (IST) to 9:59:59 pm (IST) on September 18, 2017 and 10:00:01 am (IST) and end at 9:59:59 pm (IST) September 19, 2017 (“Contest Period”).
2. In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must sign-in to or sign-up from an account on the Mobile Application and navigate to the Guess Who Contest page.

3. Amazon will be displaying masked images (like a jigsaw puzzle) of products each on the ‘Guess Who’ Contest page along with a clue relating to the same product during the Contest Period. Each image of the product(s) will be displayed on an hourly basis during the Contest Period.

4. In order to participate in the Contest, a customer must: (a) identify the product based on the image displayed and the clue relating to the product thereof; (b) navigate to the product detail page (that is hinted by the image and the clue); and (c) click on the ‘Guess Who’ sticker.

5. At the end of the Contest Period, all the participants who have clicked on the ‘Guess Who’ sticker in accordance with the above will be eligible for a draw of lots that will be conducted amongst the participants who have clicked on the ‘Guess Who’ sticker for that particular product correctly.

Such selected participants will receive an e-mail notification from Amazon with a Contest question and will be required to follow such other steps as mentioned in the e-mail.

6. The participants who answer the Contest question correctly will be eligible to be the winners. The winners will be declared by November 30, 2017.
7. Each winner will be eligible to receive that particular product which he/she has identified and clicked on the ‘Guess Who’ sticker under this Contest (“Prize”). Also, each winner will be entitled to one Prize each under this Contest only.

By entering the Contest, you consent to being placed on a mailing list for promotional and other materials for Amazon. You may update or change your email preferences at the email preferences page.

OTHER CONTESTS:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as this Contest. By entering this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any Prize awarded in any other promotion/ contest unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

PRIZES:
There are a total of 30 puzzles to be solved. There is 1 Prize for each of those who are declared winners at the end of the Contest Period. The Prize will be delivered to each winner on or before November 30, 2017.

ODDS OF WINNING:
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Eligible entries are ones that satisfy the eligibility criteria outlined above and follow the steps outlined in the ‘Details of the Contest and the How to Enter’ section above.
