Ghee Recipe Contest

1. These terms and conditions apply to the “AASHIRVAAD SVASTI GHEE RECIPE CONTEST” program for the consumers and shall hereinafter be referred to as “the Contest”

2. The contest is open only for Indian citizens residing in Indian Territory only and above the age of 18 years.
3. The Contest shall be open from 00:00 hours on 15th September 2017 and shall close on 15th December 2017 at 23:59 hours (‘Contest Period’)
4. Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
5. Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary. By participating in this Contest, each Participant is deemed to have accepted the complete terms and conditions of this Contest

How to Participate

6. Participants will need to submit their recipes on the contest page of aashirvaadsvasti.in website only. The contest page will be available as a pop-up once the user lands on the home page of aashirvaadsvasti.in.

7. The participant will have to click on the Participation link on the pop-up and enter their following details:
** Name
** Age
** Gender
** Complete Postal Address
** Phone number
** Email Id

The participant will have to fill the following details of his recipe :
** Ingredients
** Preparation Methodology
** Prepared Dish Photograph (.jpeg, .png,.bmp )

8. Only recipes carrying pictures of the dish cooked with Aashirvaad Svasti ghee shall be considered as a valid entry.
9. Recipes should be in the Vegetarian category only. No Non-Veg recipes will be accepted
10. Incomplete and invalid entries which are not in the format mentioned on the submission page will not be accepted.

Selection of Winners

11. The Top 5 recipes will be selected by ITC Hotel Chef Ajit Bangera. The selection will be on the parameters of creativity & originality of the recipe.
12. The top 5 winners shall receive a ITC Products gift hamper worth Rs 2000/- each as prize.
13. Winners of the contest will be announced on Aashirvaad Svasti website aashirvaadsvasti.in on 31st December, 2017.

14. ITC Ltd. reserves the sole and absolute right to terminate, modify or extend this Contest , at its absolute discretion without notice and without any liability, without assigning any reason whatsoever

15. By agreeing to participate in the event, the participant accepts that the recipe is original and is not plagiarized from any other source either online or offline. Any violation to the same will lead to disqualification of the participant

16. Participants making statements which are contrary to existing law, bye-laws, public policy or established good practices shall be disqualified from further participating in the contest.

17. The Prize is neither transferable, replaceable nor upgradeable and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made. Participant will need to give complete and accurate address for dispatch.
