Terms & Conditions :
1. Offer valid between 01st Sept to Nov 30, 2017 only.
2. By participating in the contest, the participant accepts the terms and conditions and campaign format. Participation in the Offer by the Customer is purely on a voluntary basis.

3. Customers shall mean customers of The Catholic Syrian Bank Ltd who are users of Catholic Syrian Bank’s Internet/Mobile Banking facility and have received communication from Bank in the form of SMS, notification or email about this Offer

4. Customers who have done financial transaction of Rs.50 or more are eligible for the campaign
5. A customer activating both the NB and MB will be eligible for the gift for each channel separately
6. Customer will be eligible for the monthly prize only once for each channel during the campaign period.

7. Catholic Syrian Bank reserves the right to disqualify the customers from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer

8. No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Customers shall be allowed.

9. All the customers who qualify will be sent a communication to their registered email ID/Mobile number. Please update the latest mobile number & e-mail ID at your nearest CSB Branch.

10. The monthly gift vouchers will be sent to customer’s registered mobile number with the bank. Please visit nearest CSB Branch & update your mobile number. Gold coin winners/Bumper prize winners will be awarded with the prize at their base branch, after the campaign period.

11. Bank reserves the right at any time, without prior notice to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace wholly or in part, the above Offer by another Offer, whether similar to above offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.

12. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Bank to conduct further, similar or other offers.

13. All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of the Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Thrissur only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
