Shop & Fly Offer Contest :

1. The Contest shall run from 01st September 2017 to 2nd November 2017 = (“the Contest Period”). HP can curtail or extend the Contest Period, as it deems necessary.

2. The Contest shall be valid in India only.

3. Following persons shall be eligible to participate in the Scheme (“Participant”):
a. Any person or entity buying an HP Cartridges (INK or TONER) from HP Online Store i.e. hpshopping.in during the Contest Period.
b. This offer is not valid if a purchase made from a retail store or any online store other than hpshopping.in.

4. An employee, agent or a relative of an HP employee shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
5. Each Participant must ensure that his/her participation in the Contest is lawful and is in accordance with the applicable laws.
6. Participant buying HP cartridges through HP Online Store, need not to make any registration, their entries will be added directly through system under this contest
7. No participation or other fee is required to be paid for participating in the Contest.
8. The Participant agrees to provide HP current, complete and accurate information.

9. An incomplete entry /submission by a Participant is liable to be rejected. HP reserves the right to reject any entry/ without assigning any reason thereof. Any decision taken by HP for rejecting any entry /submission shall be final and binding and not subject to any dispute or challenge.

10. The winning Participants hereby waive all rights and grant to HP or its Affiliates a royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual worldwide license to copy, modify and otherwise use and distribute their submission entry and/or photo and/or any element of the submission, in any and all media and in any publication whether online, offline or on the Internet.

11. HP does not make any commitment, express or implied, to respond to any feedback, suggestion and, or, queries of the Participants or furnish any reason or explanation at any stage of the Contest.

12. HP may assign any or all of its rights under these Terms and Conditions to its Affiliates without consent of the Participants.

13. Participation in the Contest shall be construed as an acceptance of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein. Any breach or default by a Participant of any of the Terms and Conditions herein shall result in immediate disqualification without notice.
